Large Groups, Hot Tub, Near Attractions, Wooded/Country Setting w/Aparment/Annex

Country Roads Inn is our largest Harpers Ferry Vacation Rental. The home is in a wooded setting adjacent to River Riders and convenient to all the Harpers Ferry attractions and the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. It has a huge yard, fire ring, basement rec room and hot tub perfect for a relaxing getaway for your group. Features 4 master bedrooms, 2 kitchens, and a 70" big screen tv. The home has a hillside view off to the west of beautiful sunsets every evening. Additionally when PAYING FOR EXTRA GUESTS, we have an annex with 3 extra bedrooms, a kitchenette, and 2 full baths. Must pay for at least 17 guests to have access to all rooms.
Slope side home in the winter months to Snow Riders which allows for excellent access to the tubing runs. Lights and potentially other guests on the slope may be seen from the home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are permitted on the property without prior written approval. All guests including children must be included in guest count.
Initial booking with up to 12 guests includes the main house ONLY. In order to have access to the annex extra bedrooms, you must pay for extra guests.

The host was very accomodating. We were able to check in a bit early which was a big help. They provided advance info on cooking supplies. Thwy even provided a firestock so pur group could log in to our account and watch Wicked on the downstairs tv. We even used the snow tubing in front of the house and toured the holiday lights. Great stay and good hosts.

Our stay was great and really enjoyed the house. We had so much space to have our own time and then still be able to come together for meals and hanging in the hot tub. We now want to come back in the winter and go to the sledding hill right in front of the house!

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed staying at this house and definitely plan on staying there again! Plenty of space for large groups! We loved how close it was to all the river riders activities. Loved that we could walk over to get checked in for everything and also found the trail that leads you to a restaurant that is attached to a hotel up the hill and an ice cream shop.

Family DC History Trip

We used this beautiful home for a history trip of DC landmarks and regional Civil War Battlefields. The location was great. The drive into DC averaged about an hour and 45 minutes in the mornings due to traffic, but all the other Civil War destinations were much less and the house is large and very well maintained. The family loved sitting in the hot tub each night after a long day of walking and had the extra pleasure of a herd of deer that greeted us each night next along side the driveway to the house each night on our return for that day's excursions. Would defiantly stay here again!

Great House With SO Much Space!

Four couples in our early 60's hiking the West Virginia portion of the AT. We had such a great time because there is so much to do in that area. House is convenient to everything! Having space for everyone to have their quiet time if needed.
