Family Grad Trip

Ideal Comfort

What a great place for our group. We had our sales and engineering groups in Chicago of a convention. We were able to stay as group for fun and comradery while still having luxury accommodations. The location was perfect for McCormick and our social events in the evenings. We will definitely look to stay again for our next convention.

River North-clean & spacious

Clean, spacious, safe, great location, and the owner was super great. We were there for a bachelorette and he brought us doughnuts on our check out morning! We did a slumber party night in and it was perfect for hosting and enjoying time together. The next night we were able to walk to restaurants and bars. The walk up the back steps was a little questionable but every door had a pad lock on it. And the parking spot is gated. The owners even helped direct us with additional (reasonably priced) parking. We doubled up on beds and everyone slept comfortably in the queens. Great spot and great experience for us! Thank you!

Owner was very responsive and helpful, not happy with cleanliness of unit however.

The owner was very nice and responded quickly to any matters. The unit was updated. The kitchen counter and refrigerator were clean, as well as sink, shower and toilets in unit. The floors in the unit were so dirty there is no way you could walk anywhere without shoes on (that includes bathroom floors). All of the doors in the unit were also filthy. The entrance to the unit, particularly in the back looks like they have never been cleaned. I feel bad leaving this review as owner was so nice, but I sure wish I would have known about it being so dirty. Hopefully they will get a good deep clean on the unit.

fabulous and bountiful space in the midst of city life with a very communicative host! space worked well for our group of 7 adults; hosted a dinner one evening; loved foosball table and added touch of Stan's DOnuts our last morning we'll be back!

Perfect girls trip spot

We just stayed a weekend for a bachelorette party and it was a great experience. The host lives in the unit above and provided us with local recommendations and even donuts the morning we left. He was very accommodating with our travel plans and responsive. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably slept 9 girls. Less than a mile from great bars and restaurants and can walk to most places. Yummy 24 hour diner across the street. Highly recommend!

Amazing Condo and location

This is a great condo and location in Chicago! The hosts were so easy to work with and even brought us donuts the morning the we checked out :-) The location is convenient to get to anywhere you want to go and within walking distance to a lot of shopping and great restaurants. The pictures are reflective of the condo and we had a great time. Would highly recommend this property and the hosts!

This location is walking distance to the Magnificant Mile, the River Walk, Downtown and anything else you heart desires in the Chicago area!

Also, a half block away from the train and a bus stops if going a bit further into the neighborhoods! Or a few dollar Cab rides.

This location is HUGE. 3 bed, 2 bathroom location with a large balcony to grill and hangout. Walking to many of Chicago's finest bars and restaurants! You will not see something of this size in this location!
