This was a perfect place for us to stay a few days while we visited Chicago for a vacation and a concert. They responded quickly to questions. The place was clean and just right for our needs. The shared amenities are great as well, and the location made it easy to see different areas of town.

Fantastic stay! Place was perfect for our 4 couples - very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Awesome location - walkable to brewery, stores, etc. Communication was excellent! Will definitely keep this at the top of our list for places to stay when we are in the city!

Just as advertised, brand new, clean, and modern. Neighborhood had all the essentials: Whole Foods, brewery, bagel place, near Red Line. Easy access to Wrigley Field on the train. Excellent stay! We didn’t cook, so can’t comment on kitchen equipment. We did pay extra to park a car there, again, as advertised. We didn’t move the car again once we got there.

Stayed for a baseball weekend at Wrigley. Location is very close to red line just a block or so. We did not have a car. Requested early check in which was available for 150 which seems steep. Easy access to building and unit via codes. Hosts always responded promptly.

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. Apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, came with all needed kitchen, bath, and laundry amenities. Host was immediately responsive, and I mean immediate! One issue with HVAC in one bedroom was resolved. Convenient location to Whole Foods and other shopping. Host even sent fresh doughnuts on departure. Highly recommend this apartment and host.

This property was exactly as described in the listing. Safe and quiet location with easy access to public transit and highly rated restaurants and shops. We stayed here while moving our child into DePaul and it was centrally located to campus, big box stores for those last minute purchases, and entertainment options. It would be perfect for large family groups coming for graduation or other university events to be able to all stay together. My family especially enjoyed the rock climbing facility right next door and the incredible coffee shops within steps of the lobby. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with plenty of windows and space. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the fluffy pillows and comforters. Every supply you could need was provided from soaps, to cleaning supplies, and the kitchen was so well stocked with equipment. I have also never dealt with such a responsive and communicative host! Every question or need was responded to within moments.

We were in town for a family wedding, and the accommodations here were fantastic. Everything was clean and well organized upon arrival. Having laundry in the apartment was incredibly convenient, and the front-loading machines were a great bonus.The building’s common areas, both indoors and outdoors, really stood out. There were plenty of comfortable spaces to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. On our first night, we walked to pick up pizza and enjoyed it in one of the shared areas, which had ample seating and a TV.Communication with the host was excellent throughout the stay—consistently prompt, helpful, and informative.For parking, we used the Blackhawk & Halsted Garage, which we booked through SpotHero as recommended by the host. It was affordable and very convenient, located less than 0.1 mile from the building.We would definitely stay here again.

This spot had some amazing pros -- it was 100% free of steps, which was important for my mom, who is on a mobility scooter. It was close to public transportation and things like Whole Foods, Walgreens, etc. The beds were comfortable, and we loved that each room had its own dedicated air conditioning unit, so we could all choose our own sleeping temperatures.I can't give the home a perfect rating because we were really disappointed by how cheaply the home was furnished and appointed. We were greeted with Folgers coffee, Suave shampoo and conditioner in one, one very small frying pan that wasn't even nonstick (to cook for a family of six), and minimal utensils that didn't even include a stirring spatula or serving spoon. The dining chairs were horribly cheap and uncomfortable as well. When we travel, the point of staying somewhere other than a hotel is to cook and spend time together, and we found that very difficult to do in this home.
