This cozy, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home sleeps up to 12. Home has been updated with all the conveniences for an relaxing vacation. Sit by the fire pit and BBQ your favorite meal while the family and friends relax. Ample parking for 5-6 cars and plenty of space for a trailers. Location, location, location ! Heated Pool when needed. We love to share our home and if you have variable dates or length of stay, just send us a note and we will make your stay pleasant, relaxing and comfortable.

Wonderful Experience

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the layout!! The kitchen was fully equipped, beds comfortable, backyard with fireplace and pool were great. The location is close to parks, stores, all events happening in Lake Havasu, London Bridge, and their quaint downtown area. The hosts' response time was quick and so helpful when we would contact them to ask any questions or suggestions on places to go. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Our family has been coming to Havasu for over 30 years and we loved area so much we purchased the home. We have raised our children on the lake and in the area for over 20 years and we love sharing and continuing making memories for our Family and to share it with you and your Family.

Why they chose this property

Close to the Lake and centrally located to downtown Havasu, Cypress Park is walking distance and Rotary Park is 1.5 miles away. Great views and all the amenities a family would need to enjoy the lake, visit the city and relax by the pool and make memories.

What makes this property unique

Just the right fit and location for Lake Havasu and all that it has to offer. Weather you come for family, solitude, action or adventure our home and location provide one of the best spots in Havasu for your trip. Ease of access to the house, the desert, the lake, the golf course, local groups and clubs, there is always something to do in Lake Havasu. In all our world travels we have yet to find a single location that offers so much all year long with different people that all seem to get along. We hope you come share the Lake Havasu experience and understand why it is our Happy Place!
