Cozy and Quiet in Le Marais

Close to Notre Damn, restaurants and metro stations, this place was just what we needed. It’s very serene and checkin/checkout was very easy.

The apartment is accessed off a quiet interior courtyard, which is very nice. It was fairly warm in Paris while we were there, and there is only one exterior window into the apartment, so the interior got quite warm while we were out during the day. There were fans in every room, which was helpful, but we also opened the windows and even the door to usher in the cooler air from the courtyard. The apartment was very clean and modern and well-equipped, and our host was very responsive when we identified a couple issues that needed attention -- an agent was sent over almost immediately to unclog the shower drain! The location in Le Marais is outstanding!

Location of apartment was perfect just around the corner from musee du Picassoand an easy walk anywhere in the Marais. Key entry was a pain both entering and leaving . Also a number 2 near the door would be a big help.Instead of reminding guests to keep noise down, instructions on appliances posted in apartment would be helpful. Including heat, stove, espresso machine and washer/dryer.

Short 3 day stay in Paris

Overall met our expectations. Enjoyed staying in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. Has a park a block away. One issue that arose was promptly resolved. Property manager who is the contact is a good communicator.

Great location, needs renovations

The property was in a great location. However the shower did not drain, the washer leaked and there was dust in the rooms. There was no air ventilation so it was very humid and muggy. It was ok for the price.

Apartment Review

Rooms were just as featured and it was clean. Listing accuracy was a little off, only window and door are the ones in photo, which we didn’t feel comfortable leaving opening overnight as it is ground level. With everything closed it gets pretty stuffy, even with provided fans.

Beautiful but one window only.

Well organized and appointed apartment but the window in the picture is the only light in the apartment. It is also the ventilation. There are fans in every room but to get fresh air the window, which opens onto the courtyard, is the only way to get it. There are no screens on the window. When the security screen is pulled back, there is no way to open the window safely.
