We had a great stay at this lovely cottage on the water. Sad to leave on Saturday. Would rent again.

Cute and Ideal Location

My wife and I stayed here at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. While several days were brutally hot (no AC), the ocean breeze and ceiling fans kept things relatively cool. The house is quite small but very cute and the owner was very responsive. Additionally, the neighbors were quite friendly. The deck and deck furniture were a huge plus! Some updates are needed. For example. the coffee maker did not work, the towel rod needed to be anchored and the light switches were a bit confusing. All in all, we had a lovely week that was very relaxing.
