Cotuit Overlook
Come celebrate 2023 at the small seaside town of Cotuit MA, "the overlook" of Ropes Beach. A quick 2 minute walk down the back yard leads you to very quiet Ropes beach. Beautiful views of Cotuit Bay and Sampsons island are to be seen from the house. Central air, wi-fi, ample parking with room to store your boat lend to the property. Beautiful sunrises over the bay and soft sunsets in a peaceful setting are something special to be had here during the summer on the Cape.
