This space includes a kitchen with all necessary appliances, two common areas both with pull out sofa beds, a shared washer/dryer. There is a waterfront yard across the street with a boat dock, perfect for tying up any boat or watercraft. The yard includes a picnic table and stairs leading into the water for swimming. Don't have a boat? Rent one or other watercraft right next door at The Marina at Highland Lake and receive a 25% discount during your stay! The summer is not the only time for a vacation. We are only 30 minutes away from local ski resorts such as Ski Sundown, Mohawk and Otis. Highland Lake is also enjoyed for ice fishing. The Northwest corner offers some of the best leaf peeping around. There are also local breweries and vineyards in the area including Little Red Barn right down the street! The yard includes a dock,e access. Your private lake front lawn will include a picnic table with gorgeous water views, and a dock extending into the lake;
