Enjoy amazing views of the water and the best sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the porch. This one level home will offer the peace and serenity of the beach and the ease of access to all local attractions. Located right off of Rt 1, directly across from beautiful Ninigret Pond and only 2 miles to the local beaches. Large patio with large grill for grilling. Outdoor furniture to dine or indulge in the beautiful skyline at night. There are 3 large bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, and separate dining room, comfortable cozy living room with large windows to soak in the water views. There is a 2 car garage and additional parking behind the house. Plenty of back yard for basketball and outdoor activities.
