Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start cycle of any used towels in the wash before leaving & Place all used sheets in hamper by washing machine.
Please return covers to all patio amenities & Return remotes to holders where found, If using appliances, or other stored equipment/beds/etc, return to original place and condition.
Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Visitors must be approved. Please notify us of the number of visitors who may be present on the property during your stay.
Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise reasonable during day, with quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

We are an Arizona-loving family! Reside is Flagstaff, Arizona and love to frequent Lake Havasu. The best of both worlds! We enjoy getting out on the lake in the summer months and enjoy visiting the London bridge and local Havasu restaurants, parks, and shops. Havasu is a wonderful winter getaway for us too!

This property is perfect for the family getaway. As we have children, we want to create a stay-cation for the entire family to enjoy! The local Cypress park is clean, beautiful, and just a walk away. Kids love the built in zip line and huge fields. Downtown Havasu is blocks away for entertaining both adults and kids! Be at the lake in 5 minutes with a quick easy drive to launch ramps.

The house is modern and spacious with comfortable rooms, entertainment areas. Newly added luxury pool!
