Fantastic house and location!

This house is fantastic and the location is near supermarkets and shops and boulevard. The garden is very nice to have a barbecue or dinner or stay with a large group and/or children. Each bedroom has a bathroom. We really liked our stay and it was big enough for our group but still cosy. It is a very safe place to be.

Excellent villa, super location

Excellent villa - 4 big bedrooms, 4 shower rooms with large showers. Nice living area and small kitchen with lots of crockery. Handy utility/laundry room. Lots of towels provided. Lovely pool and outdoor space. Super location in a quiet area, 10 mins walk to beach, large supermarket and Agromart 2-3 minute walk. Many good restaurants nearby.

Modern spacious villa with amenities nearby

We had a fantastic stay at Elena's property. The villa is very modern with plentiful bathrooms and good communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. It was lovely to have a pool and also be within 15 mins walk to the beach. It is a nice quiet residential area. There is a very large Mercadona supermarket round the corner, and a deli and Aldi nearby. Lots of restaurants on the seafront. Overall it was a lovely relaxing place to stay with family. Thank you!

The property was very nice apart from a couple of things. The downstairs bathroom flooded when using the shower. The back sliding doors didn’t lock properly and we had mainly cold showers. We also had issues with a neighbour who harassed us throughout the day for being stupid f’in English as we enjoyed the pool and outside area. If we’d have been informed of any house rules meaning we had to be silent between 1-5pm then we may have gone out at that time to limit the abuse. We didn’t play loud music and never after 6pm but apparently this area is not for holiday makers.

Excellent stay at tha Blanca resident

We have had a fantastic stay in Elan's house in July. the property is large and spacious. the only thing we missed was an oven in the kitchen. But there is a barbecue outside. The communication with Elena was very good. We had a problem with the lock on the washing machine and after a message they came to fix it the next day. Location is good. 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Buses to Alcudia and Palma leave nearby. Mercadona is 2 minutes away. All in all a very good stay. Thanks Elena!!

FANTASTIC ☀️

Absolutely beautiful villa. So clean and spacious. Each room has its own Galway and en-suite so plenty of privacy if sharing with friends or family. Main bedroom is upstairs which leads off of a lovely stairway. Villa has everything we needed and more. The outdoor space and pool area is beautiful too. Elena is a brilliant host. Always contactable and so helpful - even before our holiday started. We were celebrating my husbands 50th and son’s 30th birthday. The only downside was that we were only there 8 nights. We wanted to stay 8 more. Thank you Elena for making our holiday comfortable and relaxing.

Schönes Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung. Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Ca 3min zum Supermarkt zu Fuß. Stadtstrand ca 15min zu Fuß. Ansonsten von Can Picafort gute Lage für diverse Ausflüge. Die Inhaberin waren sehr nett und jederzeit ein guter Ansprechpartner. Empfehlenswert

Super dejligt ophold

Vi havde 10 dejlige dage i Can Picafort. Huset levede op til forventningerne og det er virkeligt rart med et bad til hvert værelse. Det er også perfekt med indkøbsmuligheder lige i baghaven.

Un très beau séjour

La villa est idéalement située !! proche de la mer et du centre ville !! Tout peut se faire à pied !! Quand à la villa, les 4 chambres avec salle de bain sont véritablement un plus !! la terrasse nous a permis de bien profiter de l’extérieur avec la piscine tout à long de la journée !! Merci a elena qui a répondu à nos besoins avec attention !! Nous reviendrons !!

Schönes Haus und super unkomplizierte Gasrgeberin

Wir waren zu sechst, hätten aber auch 8 Personen sein können. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Supermarkt war in 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Beim Strand war man in 5-10 Minuten.

Hus Can Picafort

Veldig fin bolig, luksus med egne bad til hvert soverom. Fin uteplass og ok basseng. Rent og fint. Litt langt i fra stranden, så greit med bil. Vi liker å lage mat selv, men det var ingen stekeovn på kjøkken, kun en mikro men grill funksjon. Bortsett fra det, så kan boligen absolutt anbefales.

Can Picafort July 2022

The propert was excellent with the main good points being: 1) the outside area with good furniture, sun + shade at different times of the day and a nice pool. 2) 4 nice bedrooms, all with good aircon and either an ensuite bathroom or one very close to the room. 3) The villa was located in a quiet area but only a 10 min walk to the seafront with many bars, restaurants and shops. A large Mercadona supermarket was only a 2 min walk away so ideal if travelling without a hire car. The only (small) negative comment I have about the property is that the kitchen is compact and does not have an oven. The host (Elena) was very good, very helpful and very quick to reply to any questions and very quick to help with any issues we raised. She also helped with our airport taxi transfer.

Mallorca Perfection

We loved everything about our stay at Elena's property in Can Picafort, Mallorca. It was a great location for exploring the island as well only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Morning coffee overlooking the water at one of the many cafes Elena was quick to respond to all questions. The way the villa is set up provided lots of space and privacy for my family. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The air conditioning was a saviour for sleeping during the very hot spell that were were there. Thank you!

Tolles, neues und sehr sauberes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Wir hatten als Familie zu 5. ein paar super schöne Tage in Can Picafort. Wir hatten dieses Haus gebucht, jedoch mussten wir aufgrund von dort stattfinden Arbeiten in das Haus auf der anderen Straßenseite. Dieses war bestimmt mindestens genauso schön, etwas größer als dieses. Es war alles sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, und der große Außenbereich inkl. Pool das absolute Highlight. Das Haus ist ruhig in einer Nebenstraße geglegen und man braucht ca. 10 min zum Strand. Der Kontakt mit Elena war außerdem immer sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans la maison d'Elena. Une très belle maison avec une belle piscine et une propriétaire qui a pris soin de nous du début à la fin. Elena nous a trouvé un transport entre l'aéroport et chez elle, était là pour nous accueillir et nous a même emmené faire les courses, car nous sommes arrivés un jour férié là bas et le mercadona juste à côté était fermé. Situé à dix minutes de la plage et à 50 min de partout sur l'île, c'est une super adresse !
