Located on the ground floor of a peaceful, secure building, this refurbished former artist's studio offers a pleasant living environment right in the heart of the lively Saint-Placide district. Just a short walk from the Cambronne - Vaugirard metro station and a variety of shops, you are ideally placed for exploring Paris.

The flat has a welcoming main room with a comfortable sofa bed, a television for your evenings of relaxation, a well-stocked library and a piano for music lovers. A cosy dining area and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need for cooking (hob, microwave, kettle, storage cupboards), invite you to prepare your meals at home. A mezzanine sleeping area adds a touch of originality.

The functional bathroom has a washbasin with mirror, a bath for relaxing after a day's sightseeing and a WC.

Such a cute place! My friend and I stayed here for our first visit to Paris, and the location in the 6th was perfect as a home base for exploring the city. We were fortunate enough to be there between major heat waves, but the AC worked well when needed and the two fans were useful too. The flower-covered cobblestone back alleyway right outside the apartment door was an unexpected bonus - it made it both very quiet place to stay and gave a chance to get some fresh air (and privacy) as needed. Be aware the access to the loft bed is up a relatively narrow (but stable) metal ladder - whoever takes that bed should be prepared for climbing up and down. Would definitely stay here again for future visits!

Centrally located and just perfect

This apartment is centrally located to most of what a tourist would want to see in Paris. It is small, but well appointed and suited my needs perfectly. A woman staying alone, I felt safe in both the apartment and the neighborhood. Luisa, the property manager was easy to deal with and I would definitely stay here again.

The a/c did not work; it was 93 degrees in Paris. This space was uninhabitable without air-conditioning. The check-in process was terrible. I sent a deposit seven days before for the apartment. I got a confirmation that it was received and paid for. But when I arrived, I was told they couldn’t let me in at 3 because they did not receive the deposit. I sent them the confirmation that I had paid. The owner was out-of-town. He didn’t answer the phone.When I sent the confirmation to the agency handling the apartment, I received an email that they would get back to me in 24 hours. Finally, an hour and half after the check-in time, I am allowed to go to the apartment only to find that no human could sleep there without the A/c . There was one small fan. To get to the double bed you can’t stand up because of the low ceiling. It was a disaster, I refused to stay there since they falsely advertised that there was a/c. I was told they would get someone to repair it. Where was I supposed to go in the meantime on this hot day? I asked for a refund and expect to get it. The neighborhood is great. There was a smell from the bathroom. I had to run around Paris looking for a hotel to stay - and couldn’t find one with 4 nights so I ended up staying at 2 places - beautifully air-conditioned.
