Enjoy our beautifully remodeled home in Long Branch—just a few blocks from the beach, Pier Village, and the boardwalk!

This spacious house features:

4 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms

An extra room off the living room with two sofa beds (Queen & Twin) that can serve as a 4th bedroom

Fully furnished with plenty of closet space

Washer & dryer on the 2nd floor

Hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet upstairs

A large deck and yard—perfect for relaxing

Free parking inside the yard for up to 7 cars (depending on size)

●Location: Corner of Liberty Street & Joline Ave

●Entry Instructions

You can choose key or smartlock entry:

The main entrance has two locks:

Top lock – Use the key from the lockbox (if you choose the key option)

Bottom lock – You’ll receive the smartlock code on the day of arrival

Once inside, turn the knob on the smartlock to secure the door. You’ll need the code each time you re-enter.

●Air Conditioning

Bedrooms on the 2nd floor have central A/C .

On the 1st floor, window A/C units or split unit.

Please keep all windows and doors closed at all times to avoid freezing the A/C system.

●Towels & Linens

Fresh towels are in the laundry room baskets.

Sheets, blankets, and pillows are available in each bedroom and for the sofa beds


{Please no shoes upstairs or on carpeted areas}

●Essentials

Fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies are in the closet next to the kitchen

●Outdoor Amenities

By the shed, you'll find:

1 charcoal BBQ grill

1 cooler

5 beach chairs

2 umbrellas

2 beach blankets

(Please return everything in good condition after use)

●Trash & Recycling

Please separate trash and recyclables

Trash containers are located next to the shed.

●Security

Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras for your safety
