Location and property was perfect. Beds were comfortable nice and clean! Main shower drain was clogged called customer service and maintenance came right out and fixed the issue. Would rent this unit again.

The pictures are not accurate to the actual place. It was so dark in the condo (not bright like the main picture shows - the curtains wouldn't open all the way), grimy and dirty (so many things were dirty, the glass doors had a film on them and we could hardly see out). Upon walking up to the door, the first thing we noticed was the chair that was practically falling apart - not a great first impression. After walking in the door we immediately noticed a film of sand already all over the floors. There were several places on the walls and doors that were filthy - smudges of things on them. Many door hinges, screw areas, bathroom trashcans, etc. were rusted (almost anywhere metal was visible) and just gave off a grimy feel. We didn't see that we were supposed to notify the property manager within an hour if cleaning was unsatisfactory until that hour had already passed - we have 7 month old twins and there was no way we could have vacated the area/condo for it to be "re-cleaned". Everything was so outdated - the fans were almost yellow from how old they were, the kitchen, doors, etc. The master bathroom was disgusting - trash can rusted, and SPIDERS EVERYWHERE. It was obviously a problem for other people too because we opened the linen closet in the master bath and there was a rusted can of spider spray in there. We saw SO MANY SPIDERS in there that we finally shut the door and didn't use it (we ended up using the guest bath instead). I'm out of characters, but condo was bad.
