Oceanfront Condo With Resort Pool, Balcony + Tennis

Please note that balcony re-coating at Sea Place will be underway for the next two weeks, with an anticipated completion by the end of January. Work will take place daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This three bedroom unit is one of only two in the entire complex. Our ground floor, three bedroom unit at Sea Place 14164, is located in a family-oriented, oceanfront resort; it is a charming getaway you will love!
From the sundeck, you can feel the sea breeze and hear the murmur of the surf. You're just a hop away from a lovely swimming pool and private walkway to the beach. Come and enjoy oceanfront living at our place
You'll love how light and airy our condo is, with access to outside rooms at almost every turn. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, it's a great springboard for your perfect coastal vacation, offering relaxation and comfort in a lush tropical setting!
Our living and dining area has comfortable seating, a big TV with VCR and DVD player, and a fully appointed kitchen. The couch in the living room unfolds into a bed for two, while the chairs offer curl-up comfort as you watch a favorite movie or simply gaze out through the sliding glass door, onto the private patio below the wide blue sky.
The patio may become the place you eat most of your meals. Certainly, it's a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine after dinner or that first cup of coffee in the morning. Always reminding you that the ocean is just yards away, it brings the beauty of the coast right to your doorstep!
Just beyond the living area are the dining table and breakfast bar. Even if you're not planning to cook much on this vacation, you'll appreciate the convenience of our fully stocked kitchen. All you add are the groceries -- we've got all the major and minor appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, and gadgets you could ask for. Save time and money (even if you're taking road trips and eating your meals out) by brewing a pot of coffee first thing in the morning and popping some pastries into the toaster! And just in case you find the sight of all the delectable fresh-caught seafood irresistible, you've got everything you need to cook it beautifully here!

Perfect little condo!

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect little condo. Right beside the pool and right beside the walkway to the beach. Very convenient. Very spacious and very clean. Will definitely be booking here again!

Perfect Seaside Location

This condo is located 10 steps to the pool and 30 steps to the beautiful, white, sandy beach. If you're looking for the perfect place to soak up the sun, look no further. There are also many fabulous restaurants a short distance away.

Had no water the second day from 9-5. We missed the event we drove 7 hours for due the water issue. It was off from 9 to 5. We wasted the day chasing the property manager to give us information. Finally received phone call at 3pm that the water would be on by 5pm. We should have been moved to another condo after 2hours of no water.

Great location and amenities!

Property was in a great location and end lower unit. Only con was it is kinda dated and there were many light bulbs blown out. It was great having washer/dryer in the unit!

All was well. Right at the beach. Clean. As described. Great location. Never had to contact owner/host. Check in and out easy. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Could easily, comfortably have more 6. This was a geou d unit which made it easier to get in and load out.

Nice 3 bedroom condo in St Augustine

We enjoyed our vacation but will probably not rebook this condo. A few items that we noticed are:Coffee table is brokenLamp next to queen bed is missing knob to turn it on and offThe refrigerator froze some of our foodBathroom fans did not workLamp in living room was flickeringTwo light bulbs were out in bathroomNo curtains in 2 of the bedrooms No mirrors (besides the bathrooms) or rugs in the unitAlso, it had a strong musty odor.

Perfect Condo

The condo is just as described. It was clean and neat. It has plenty of kitchen supplies. The location is what we enjoyed the most. It is a ground level condo and is right in front of entrance to pool and walkway to the beach. With small children those details were wonderful!We had 4 adults and 4 kids (& another adult for the just the weekend) with 2 of the kids being very sm. We had plenty of room to put up pack ‘n play in one bedroom and a blow-up mattress in another bedroom . Mattresses and pillows were only negative but I accept that as a norm for a rental. And I always bring my own pillow. Also be sure to bring household toiletries….ie, toilet paper….very limited supply. (Only pieces of rolls were left in bathrooms.)But overall…we loved this place! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very convenient!

I loved how it was on the first level. Yeah that means no view but it also means no elevators and walking far to the beach. We were able to just walk out the back door and to the beach.

Ground level, close to beach

Great condo, super close to pool and beach. Could use to have a few more items left in the condo for renters such as garbage bags, more laundry soap, beach towels, spoons (there were only 3), a dish rack for washing the odd dish, more tea towels. Since the cost of everything has increased so much, little things like leaving some garbage bags really make a good impression.

Very Spacious, sparse furnishings

The overall condo is great. Of all the beach condos I’ve been in, this was the the only one where it didn’t feel very comofortable, primarily due to the sparse furnishings —-not enough seating in family room for a condo with 3 bedrooms. Lacking nightstands in the master and some of the kitchenware was lacking. We had to buy a knife to be able to cut anything—which we left so the next tenant can enjoy. The area was beautiful and we will definitely be back.

Great Location, Could use some work

The location was awesome. Right by the pool, steps from the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Perfect quiet vacation. Close to St. Augustine attractions. The condo itself needs a little work. The master bath shower has mold around the caulked areas and doors don't work very good on shower. There were several areas where the ceiling was peeling that need to be repaired. I could not get the keys to work in the front door to lock it when we went out. Other than those few things, no complaints. Great vacation.

Great place

Keys and parking passes for property is about 2 miles from location. But traffic is not heavy for a beach area. Great location. Condo is on corner of building. So it’s very convenient to pool and beach. You can walk to beach or drive down the road for beach excess to drive on to beach. Property was very clean and has everything you need for a week stay. Be sure to read what you need to bring. They will only provide enough to get you by for a day or two. Kitchen has everything but a pizza cutter. There is property wear from a leaking ceiling and more stuff that could use a touch up. Bunk bed is not to steady on bottom. But does the job to sleep for kids. Overall a week stay was perfect. Management was always quick to respond with any issues I had and was willing to fix my concerns

Great Location, Terrible Unit and Management

I typically don't write revies unless they are great, however this one deserves an award for being the worst yet. I understand we are in Florida and at the beach, however upon arriving there were cockroaches crawling everywhere. The quality of sheets, towels, household supplies was very cheap, there weren't enough pillows for the beds, there was not a blanket on one of the beds, the condo was extremely outdated with poorly done repairs. The ceiling had multiple spots peeling, the tile around the toilet was pulled up, there were no rugs throughout the house, no broom or mop to clean up anything, Upon our final day when checkout was stated to be 10:00 the housekeeper Jasmine showed up at 9:40 am and walked right in without knocking while we were actively trying to dress ourselves and get packed and told us "you have 16 minutes to get out" and in exactly 16 minutes she showed back up and let us know time was up. extremely inappropriate, rude and embarrassing for her to walk in on us dressing children and ourselves. The property was great as well as location, however this management team and the condo itself was ompletely horrid! I will never use VTrips again, we weren't able to do the checkout procedure correctly due to Jasmine sitting at the front door asking us to leave.

the resort team were responsive when i contacted them. .However we were notified upon check in that the pool nearest the condo was out of service and that could use the community pool - the problem was the pool codes provided to the host were not accurate imagine telling 7 grandchildren who were excited about a pool option that we are unableto fulfill that plan. host tried their best but to no avail very disappointed.

Great Location!!!

Great location!! Some items that were essential had to be purchased- dish towels-(none in condo)can opener ( one on site didn't work.) Slept well, very close to pool and walk over to the beach. Kids enjoyed it as well as the adults. Condo was advertised as not handicapped accessible and it did not disappoint- my 2 year old could get herself on and off the toilet. But for the seniors with bad knees it was a struggle😂. Would stay again just for Location!!

Beach Getaway

Nice condo that was a short walk to the beach and a few steps to the pool. The third bedroom was a little small and I thought it had a queen bed also but it had bunk bed which was inconvenient for adults.
