This very unique quiet lakefront property sits on a hill and overlooks the Lake and Our Private Boat Docks with Picnic/Bbq Area Ample Lake Front Seating. Mt. Bonnell is just across the lake and a short drive away. There is a large deck that overlooks Lake with Propane BBQ, Umbrellas and Wicker outdoor seating. Condo has lovely furnishings with galley kitchen and appointed with all cooking and dining equipment. Bedroom and Bath furnished with all linens . Zilker Park is less than 5 miles & Downtown is a 10 minute Drive Nearby Restaurants, Liquor Store, Gas/convenience Store. Pennyback Bridge 3 miles away. This place is a real getaway relaxing & fun. Jet ski, canoe or kayak on Beautiful Lake Austin. Don't be surprised when you see a Family of Deer strolling on beautiful tree lined Westlake Drive. Children are beautiful but this property is not appropriate for them. Adults only. No Pets or Smoking on the property.

Awesome

The home and property are amazing and so cozy! We enjoyed the view from the sofa! The home has everything u need for a weekend! The host was very informative and friendly! The only drawback for us was the parking! We drive a rather large truck and the parking was a little tight and backing out was a little scary! A larger truck larger than a Tundra won’t fit!

Little hidden oasis

Cute little place just tucked in to the side of lake Austin! Spent so much time just reading on the porch overlooking the water. Owner is extremely responsive and makes the entire process very easy. Will be back!
