Large kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony nestled on the cliffside, opens to bedroom. King bed, small office, full shower bath. Uniquely decorated, cozy, covered parking available. Offers privacy and intimacy for short or long term stays. Note, only small grass area for pets to relieve themselves. Property is surrounded by nature and on curvy road.

Please make sure the gate remote stays in the apartment when you leave.
Place your trash bags in the large receptacles inside on the left of the garage.
Turn thermostat to 78.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE KEEP PET OFF ALL FURNITURE! additional pet cleaning fee of $100 will apply for excessive pet hair on any furniture, carpet or bedding.
