A bright and spacious top floor apartment of a heritage house near the Belfry square in Fernwood. This charming apartment was recently “refreshed” with a bathroom and kitchen remodel and fresh paint throughout. Windows on all sides provide sunlight and cross breezes. 950 square feet includes a large bedroom with a desk, closet and queen sized bed, living room with ceiling fan, bathroom with a claw foot tub, separate water closet and washer & dryer. A chef designed kitchen with 3 appliances all the kitchen tools opens onto an eat-out deck which looks out over the garden. Cable TV, internet, access to garden and fresh eggs and vegetables upon request. A 20 minute walk to downtown. Great restaurants, bars, markets and museums are all within walking distance. The ocean is a 10 minute drive in 3 directions.

This property is in a quiet residential part of Victoria. It is well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. It felt like a home away from home.

Catching up with our daughter

We're from Melbourne, Australia and our daughter lives in Fernwood. It was great that we could stay close by.Beautiful kitchen with all the utensils anyone could want for cooking. In our situation, 2 more stools would've been handy.( so we could've had others to dinner)Fresh eggs were very well received- thankyou!We had problems with the overhead shower, but the hand- held one was adequate.A beautiful home in a walking distance from most places and with very adequate public transport. We loved staying here.It was
