From the inside you will hear sounds of the surf, and watch the waves roll in. The moment you take your first step out onto this 3rd floor unit’s spacious balcony you will find magnificent panoramic unobstructed views of the ocean. This bright and relaxing condominium is located on the “NO DRIVE” section of the beach in lovely New Smyrna.

Ready for your outdoor pleasure, we provide AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, a BOOGIE BOARD a skim board, sand toys, a cooler, and more! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!

Additionally, you will be able to appreciate all the comforts of home with FREE SECURE 1K FIBEROPTIC WIFI. All SMART TV's HAVE UPGRADED CABLE. The PRIMARY BEDROOM has a COMFORTABLE KING BED and SMART TV. The 2ND BEDROOM has TWO TWIN BEDS, SMART TV, and DVD Player. Ample linens, beach towels, and luxury bath towels are provided in this condo. The living room has a 43" SMART TV, a DVD player, a comfy LaZBoy recliner, a love seat, and a sofa with a pull-out bed. There is a modest Movie Library for all ages with an assortment of DVD's. For more fun while indoors, you will find games and puzzles.

It doesn’t end there! You will have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, which includes a full-size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances. The full-size refrigerator includes an icemaker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 more people. The LARGE BALCONY contains a table that seats 4, plus 3 Adirondack style lounge chairs are there for relaxing.

Coin Washers and Dryers are on every even floor. For added convenience, we provide you with laundry and detergent.

Beach toys are located in our unit's personal storage area on the 4th floor.

This complex has a BEACHSIDE OLYMPIC HEATED POOL FACING THE OCEAN. It is heated geothermally for 78-83 Degree temperatures provided there is not a lot of rain. The deck has ample lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, there is a roofed area just outside the clubhouse with good shade. Two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more are located on this property. Free parking spaces are available too!

Spring Vacation

Had great time in a beautiful condo with a spectacular view. Unit had everything needed in order to have a great vacation. Pleasantly surprised with a welcome basket that made us feel special. We are looking forward to future stays in this unit.

Wonderful As Always!

RuthAnn & David are wonderful! They always have a welcome basket & letter which shows they go the extra mile. They keep their condo so nice & stocked so well. Their unit has all the cook wear, dishes, spices & untelsils needed for cooking during your stay. They also keep additional pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. It is nice to not have to buy or bring paper towels, trash bags, ziploc bags, toilet paper, etc. The unit has a good selection of beach chairs, toys, & a beach cart that is a life saver. There are a several beach towels as well. RuthAnn & David are always available if you have a question or an issue that comes up & they are so nice. This was our third stay at 306A at Smyrna Beach Club & we will definitely be back!

Lovely condo in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We have been coming to New Smyrna Beach annually on vacation for over 11 years and have stayed at several condos. This was by far our favorite. The condo is very roomy and has a lovely view of the ocean. The condo is also well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your vacation from beach chairs and towels to spices for cooking your favorite meal. You are very close to JB's Fish Camp, which is a favorite stop of my family for seafood while in NSB, and you are close to a small local park where you can see manatees. The pool is very inviting and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were also able to see a rocket launch from the pool while there. RuthAnn and David were very helpful and great hosts. We simply could not have asked for a better beach experience.

Having lived in the state of Florida for most of our lives, we practically consider ourselves natives. We met and married in South FL, and over a decade later we were brought to lovely Central FL, the place we have called our home for 22+ years.

Why they chose this property

We were over the moon thrilled when we purchased this condo more than a decade ago. It had been a dream of ours for many years to own a piece of the beach! As we were looking up and down New Smyrna Beach for that special place, we knew this was 'the one' the minute we entered the gates. The buildings and premises are incredibly well maintained with lots of beautiful foliage. The property's beach area feels private and is long and wide. The first time we walked out to take a look at the beach and ocean, to our surprise, there they were - a pod of dolphins! Who wouldn't want to spend their vacation here? When we stay, if we are not walking the beach, you'll find us taking a swim or sitting beside the geothermal heated pool in a lounge chair looking at the beach and listening to the waves. We love being able to see the ocean from a comfy lounge chair... very relaxing!!! Of course, we LOVE having wonderful guests to share our beautiful vacation condo too! Thank you so very much for considering a stay with us!

Why should you choose to stay in this condo?

When here, you will notice that we, (RuthAnn and David), have worked hard to make this a comfortable place for your special vacation. We have all the towels you will need... Hairdryers are provided so you can fit more important things in your suitcases. We keep our kitchen well stocked for easy cooking. Additionally, we add many extras that other places may not have - such as TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, and other seasonings, some plastic wraps, paper goods, and foil. We know that it's sometimes hard for you to travel with these items, and often costly to make those purchases for just one week's use. We sincerely hope that you can see that we are thinking of YOU!

Further, we are so happy to have our wide unobstructed direct ocean view... Did we mention that yet? :-) The balcony is big, the views of the ocean from inside the condo are fantastic, and it feels so open and airy. Staying in this unit is a great experience for getting away from it all and it gives one the feeling of tranquil relaxation! We are blessed to call this beautiful place our own and are so pleased to share it with YOU!
