The Paris Suite • Fully Private Guest Suite • Luxury private bedroom for 2 guests, with a private entrance, comfy queen-size bed and en suite bathroom in a quiet neighborhood. There is free parking, free Wi-Fi, TV, large tile shower and minibar/bistro area. Within close proximity to Carolina Beach (1.3 mile), the boardwalk, local restaurants, bars, shops, hiking trails and walking distance to the Carolina Beach State Park (right behind the home) which features the only native spot in the world for the fabulous Venus flytraps!

About This Space

The luxury private guest suite is located on the first floor of our townhouse and is accessed through a private entrance from the back patio with keypad entry. The suite has a comfy queen-size bed, TV, night stands, lamps, minibar/bistro area with table & 2 chairs. Table is laptop friendly to work at. Guests have their own private en suite bathroom with large tile shower.

The minibar/bistro area is equipped with a mini-fridge/microwave, mini Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods, electric kettle, complimentary coffee and teas, bottled water, and other essentials. High-speed Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost. Netflix and Disney+ are included (no cable). There is a ceiling fan for guests’ comfort. Extra care is being taken to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

We provide basic essentials so you can get your vacation started once you arrive. We stock the guest suite with linens, bath towels, paper towels, toilet papers, trash bags, and environmentally friendly products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel).

The door connecting to the main townhouse always remains locked, so you have full privacy during your stay. You will have no access to the main house. Patio table & chairs and swing are available for your enjoyment.

So our stay was not the best here. For starters, you have to squeeze through a little walk way to get into the back where the entrance is, there’s water and muck where it was slippery and we almost fell a couple of times. Host said you can control the air with google which you can’t. It was hot for the most part in the unit, the host was able to control the temperature from whatever location she was at but at night the air did not kick on, so you were sweating throughout the night and most of the morning. There’s a tenant that lives upstairs and they have ZERO respect for guests staying there. If you’re looking to sleep in or a relaxing vacation this location is not for you. Between the sprinting back and forth on the floors upstairs starting at 7 in the morning, the jumping, the balls bouncing and the yelling and screaming, it was horrible. That was communicated to the host and she claims she spoke to the tenants and I did not stop. It was two whole days of just noise, I swear it was a jungle gym up there. For how every many days you stay, you are only provided two towels and two wash clothes. So bring extra, because you won’t get anymore. There’s a guest book in the room where people have wrote the same thing in regards on the noise and google not working for the air. So it seems it’s nothing new and hasn’t fixed. We absolutely will NOT stay here again.

We rarely have issues with loud noises from the guests upstairs. I asked them several times to be mindful and respectful of guests downstairs. I am really sorry about this. I provided a white noise machine in the suite to help minimize the noise. We provided one set of towels per guest and also extra bath towels in the closet for a 2-night stay. We have addressed the other concerns. As you can see, we strive to earn 5-star reviews from our guests. We invite you to give us another try in the future. All the best to you!

Weekend getaway

The stay was lovely! I especially enjoyed the swing — it was such a relaxing touch. The room itself was gorgeous and well-maintained. The only downside was the noise from the guests upstairs, which disrupted the peace at times. Otherwise, a wonderful experience overall.

The suite was wonderfully and tastefully decorated. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the small kitchenette was just enough for two people. The location was optimal for exploring Wilmington and the beach towns of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The battleship North Carolina is in Wilmington and a great site to explore. There is an Aquarium near Ft. Fisher which was great. There were plenty of restaurants with a great assortment of sea food.Definitely recommend this location. The property owners were extremely friendly and hospitable.

Bonjour! We love to travel, and Paris was one of our favorite destination. We fell in love with Paris, and wanted to spread amour (love) wherever we go. Hence, the Paris Suite.

We bought our beach house in 2021 and have lovingly updated it with Paris in mind – the city of love and romance. We want to spread amour in Carolina Beach, our new romantic destination. So Voilà! Beach + Paris = Love

We love going to Carolina Beach with our family and friends. We love the beach, boardwalk and carnival. There is just something about this beach town that keeps us coming back. We love it so much!

Why they chose this property

When we had an opportunity to purchase a home here, we jumped on it. We realized that we had an extra bedroom and bathroom downstairs that we can share our love of Carolina Beach with guests so they can explore this beach town. We have lovingly updated it to create a romantic and charming suite for our guests.

The home is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, walking distance to the Carolina Beach State Park. We are close to Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium and Freeman Park. So many things to do! We truly feel relaxed when we are here.

We are so happy to be able to share our home with you. We hope you will book with us and enjoy all that Carolina Beach has to offer.
