Find shade under one of the 15 dogwood trees on the property or unwind on the screened in porch. The property includes two kayaks and a canoe that can be put in the water right next to their storage. Only 5 minutes to Mud Creek boat ramp and 10 minutes to the heart of Scottsboro! Perfect for the sportsman that wants to take advantage of the incredible fishing here!

My wife and I have dreamed about owning a lake property since we first started dating 8 years ago. We fell in love with this cottage at first sight of any to be able to share our vacation spot when we are not using.

Why they chose this property

We loved the quite shaded lot littered with over a dozen dogwoods. The cottage feels very private while being extremely close to mud creek boat ramp and the town of Scottsboro.

Private, shaded lot with waterfront access for kayaks and canoes. Very quite area while still being convenient to town for all your needs.
