From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail were top priorities. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, making us feel right at home.What truly set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality of the host. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only comfortable but also enjoyable and fun. Their thoughtfulness, communication, and genuine dedication to making sure we had a great experience did not go unnoticed.It’s rare to find a property that exceeds expectations in both accommodations and hospitality, but this one certainly did. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and memorable getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing. Lisa and Scott were so friendly and made sure we had everything that we needed. The pool was fantastic and extremely relaxing. We cooked on the flat grill and enjoyed the beautiful view. The golf course and lake are very close. My wife and I will definitely be back. If you’re thinking of staying here, it’s a 10/10

Everything we wanted to do in Scottsboro was always with in 10 minutes of this place. The owners were very accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. Would recommend and stay again.

Peaceful

It was a very relaxing vacation we felt so much peace there. Scott and Lisa were great host when we needed something they were right there to help. The pool and spa were so beautiful at night. We are going back next year. I would tell anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation you will find it at Hidden Oasis and more.

The property is so pretty and a huge plus has a nice pool and hot tub. The theme is like you feel like you are at the beach. Steve and Lisa are wonderful. It's so relaxing and quiet.

wonderful bread

Lisa and Scott were excellent hosts. Their place was spotless and welcoming. Although I didn't mention it when we booked it I suffer from back pain so a soft mattress would have resulted in me sleeping on the couch or floor. Thankfully for me it was firm. Great visit. Strongly recommend.

Lovely hosts and property.

My sister and I are seniors with some mobility issues and can usually accomodate a regular place. We knew there was one bed.and a rollaway The rollaway and couch were both too low so we tried.to sleep together. .the queen bed did not seem that size and we could not sleep together so needed.to go to a hotel. The hosts offered us beds in their own home, but.we wanted.our own We left the place clean and in order. Refund not according to the policy but In the spirit of goodwill we would appreciate some kind of refund.

Thank you for your message. We had no idea that you were not happy with your stay until you decided to leave. You were both so cordial and talked about how you loved everything. When you did tell us you were leaving you said your decision had nothing to do with our place and made the remark that it was a lovely place. Rather, it was because the queen bed wouldn’t sleep both of you. We had two additional bedrooms that we offered at that time as goodwill but you declined. It is clearly stated on our bedroom description in Vrbo that the only bed we have to offer is a queen, which we have verified that it is a queen. We are sorry that the cot and couch were too low for you. We also verified the couch that we have is a standard height for couches. We were here to help and were so eager to make your visit a memorable one. As far as a refund goes… this was our first booking through VRBO and we will not be paid until the end of the month per Vrbo policy. We would like more understanding of what we could had done to have gotten a better rating? We were totally honest on our description of what we had to offer you and future guests.
