Newly renovated duplex each with 3 bedroom 3 bath, open floor plan kitchen, family and dining area on first floor with full bath, laundry room and porch. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has private bathroom. Two bedrooms share bathroom with stall shower.
Two bedrooms overlook the gorgeous ocean and have seating area.
Super spacious and cozy home.
Cabana onto sandy beach with lounge furniture, table and conversational Adirondack chairs out of the sun.
Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella to bring down to the ocean
Fifteen minute drive to downtown St augustine tourist attraction with many great restaurants and boutique shops.
