Awesome property that has the essentials for a beach stay! A few carpets, rugs, outdoor furniture and light fixtures need replacing but none of those impacted the quality of our stay at all. The owners were super easy to communicate with which made the whole experience easy and laid back

This was a lovely, well-kept home. We mostly had everything we needed and the hosts were great and quick about responding to any issues. 3 of the 4 bedrooms were a bit smaller than I thought they would be but nevertheless adequate. The wraparound porch is terrific l, as was the fenced in yard, a plus for dogs and kids. The living room and dining area are a bit cramped but we spent most of our time outdoors anyway! We had a lovely time.

This is our families 3rd time staying at this property. As always, we have had another great experience. We love the super short walk to the beach, the fenced in grass area for our dog, and swing set for the kids.

We had such a wonderful time at the Cape House. What could be better than a walk to the beach, and relaxing at the pool in the evenings? We appreciated the comfortable, clean accommodations, beach towels and pool floats. The home had everything needed to whip up a meal and we grilled up some steak and fish we caught too! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had since this was our first time at Sandbridge beach. We appreciated that and plan to return to this peaceful paradise again!

We came down during a hard time for family and Rich and Lucy took amazing care of us and our pets. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool since it was off season and couldn’t figure out how to open the windows but it was amazing!! We definitely plan to return as soon as we can and hope to stay at the Cape House again!!

We had a wonderful stay in Sandbridge and really enjoyed this property. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and having a private pool was a huge plus for our family. It made for a very relaxing vacation.The only area that could use improvement is the housekeeping. Upon arrival, we vacuumed the carpets and were surprised by how much dirt and debris was collected in the canister. We also noticed cobwebs in several areas of the home. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, we felt the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly before guests arrived.Overall, we loved the location and amenities and would recommend the property, especially if the cleaning standards are addressed.
