Welcome to your happily-ever-after vacation! ✨ Our clean, fun, and beautifully themed 6-bedroom, 4-bath pool home is the perfect home base just minutes from Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. Located in a resort-style, guard-gated community, this magical retreat is designed for making memories, relaxing, and having fun. With enchanting rooms, plenty of space for the whole family, and a splash-worthy pool, your stay will feel like a storybook come true!
For everyone’s protection, we require the rental agreement to be signed and the security deposit to be received before access to the home can be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

The security deposit is a $500 hold on a major credit card.

The property was amazing for my family's stay near Disney World. It was a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed! My daughter was obsessed with the Frozen room and my in-laws loved staying in the Harry Potter room. I appreciated how thoughtful it was for kids with plenty of toys and even plates/utensils that my daughter could use. We enjoyed the jacuzzi after long days at Magic Kingdom. We couldn't have asked for a better place to come home to during our stay and will definitely stay here again when we return to the area! Anna was extremely responsive throughout our stay and helped with anything we had questions on. I highly recommend it for anyone, particularly families, looking for a home away from home!

Terrific house for large family visit to the Orlando area

We loved our stay at the Donald house. Great size to accommodate a large family, very nice location providing easy access to Disney World and Universal Studios. The host was extremely responsive.

Family Disney Thanksgiving Trip

Had a wonderful stay. I feel like the house was better in person than in photographs (that’s unsual). We had Thanksgiving there and there was ample kitchen ware to make that happen. Location to the parks was amazing 10 minute drive tops! Being pet friendly was a major + We were all adults but would be a great space for families with young children.

Family Fun!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Everything is as advertised plus more. Kids had so much fun in the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub! So relaxing after a day on the go! This isn’t our first visit to Windsor Hills and it’s so worth it with all the wonderful amenities and safe, secure environment. Thank you for making a family vacation easy!

Wow! Fantastic Rental

The listing for this house doesn’t do it justice. It’s spectacular! All decor is Disney/Harry Potter themed so you feel like you are on property! Anna is a great host and even decorated the house for Christmas! It was lovely! The location is perfect for the Disney parks and the house is super comfy! It’s a great spot for those with pets! I would stay again! Just the best VRBO we have ever rented! 10 out of 10.

Great Disney location

The only reason I’m not giving this a full 5 stars is that the lanai needs some attention and the dryer didn’t work for us. There are a lot of weeds sprouting through the pavers. Anna was very responsive and didn’t charge us extra for use of the pool heater. House was big and comfortable and clean! Great location, safe neighborhood and close to everything you need. 10-15 minute drive or Uber to all of the theme parks.

We replaced the dryer on Monday! And I have the lanai scheduled for a power washing. I have always tried to maintain it myself and without using the harsh chemicals but everything grows too quickly here. My husband also went and reset all the TV's... It gets complicated with multiple remotes & HDMI's and everyone hooking up their own equipment. Thank you for being great guests and we would love to have you back again... we welcome any feedback and want to show you that we will address these concerns in the most timely manner that we can.

Great House

The house was better than advertised. We had plenty of room to spread out after our Disney trips. The house was located very close to the Disney parks. There is also a Walmart literally right down the road which was very convenient. The house was very clean. The host was so quick to respond with any questions that I had before booking and after. The kids loved playing pool, air hockey, and swimming in the pool. The home had everything we needed. Being in a gated community made us feel safe and the resort amenities were an added bonus. If we ever go back to Orlando we will be checking to see if this one is still for rent.

I have stayed in rental houses before. This was by far the best stay. The mattresses were great, plenty of soft towels, extra fans for those that needed them to sleep well, toys for the kids, extra blankets. I really appreciated all the extras and attention to detail. I know where I'm staying when we come back to Disney.

Everything excellent!

House is spacious, clean, secure, close to all Disney properties and to top it off, the host Anna is attentive and cares about her guests having an enjoyable stay. This home allows for dogs and we saw no evidence of dogs being there. We felt comfortable leaving our two havanese dogs there. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the house, we have 3 children ages 1-3 so the pool and hot tub at the house were fantastic for us to not have to leave. The owner was very good at keeping in touch with us before we got there until the end if we needed anything.

Our family loves all things Florida!! We are very active and enjoy Central Florida for all the theme parks, water parks, food options and shopping! My name is Anna and I live with my husband, two kids, and two dogs!

Why they chose this property

We are a Disney Family!! It's magical and wonderful and it's a great way to spend the day. Now that the kids are older we love Universal and WATER PARKS! We spent a lot of time in the area and we spent a lot of money boarding our dogs. They are family to us and many hotels have weight pet restrictions- so we thought we'd have our own place so that we could enjoy being a family- with our fur babies!! We bought our place, remodeled it thinking of pet friendly and kid friendly options and love being here. We think other pet owners would like the same options!

What makes this property unique

Right outside Disney! Safe Security guarded entry. Club house with workout room, theatre, resort pool, kiddie splash pad, and water slides! Restaurant and amenities shop in neighborhood. The city of Kissimmee and surrounding areas has so much to offer that you can do if you decide to never go to the parks.
