The house was so nice and clean. The heated hot tub and pool were wonderful and the theater room was a nice touch. The location was close to everything and the resort water park was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would rent the house again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had 8 family members staying on this property and there was plenty of room for us. Having 3 bedrooms with king size beds was definitely what this gang needed with 3 men over 6’5”, and all the beds were quite comfy. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the access to the resort pool and slides made them very happy. The only thing keeping this from being 5 star for me is the combination of a few smaller things; very light in offered essentials such as toiletries and paper goods in comparison to other properties we’ve been in and additional charges for some things I see as standard elsewhere. All in all, a very good stay and I’d likely stay again when returning to the area.

I'm glad you found your beds comfy & loved the resort. Sorry to see your 4 star review as that is very rare for us, especially with the free late checkout and accommodations we made special for you. We provide a much larger supply of items compared to most hosts in the area and often get high praise for having such a well-stocked home with 2 TP per bath, 2 paper towels, dishsoap, dishwasher pods, handsoap, trashbags...I'm sorry you felt that wasn't enough. We also communicated the complete list ahead of your stay, so you would know what to add to your grocery list. The only extra charge you had was for your German Sheppard and we have to cover the extra cleaning cost and cost of a set of sheets we had to throw away when all the hair wouldn't come out. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations as we really did try to respond to all your requests before and during your stay.

This a fantastic rental and just as described. The 2 pack n plays were a huge selling point for as as we had two 7 month olds with our group. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool was fantastic. Lots of traffic in this area but relatively easy drive to all Disney Parks. Lots of dining and shopping in area and just a short hop to Celebration which is my favorite town in Florida. Great communication from host as well.

I'm glad the baby items made things more convenient for your family and that you enjoyed your pool so much :) Yes, when you're only 2 miles to Disney, there will be traffic, but I have always felt like I feel secluded inside the resort community. Windsor Hills is the closest to Disney of any resorts and when we have stayed at others, it's just that much more time in traffic! ;) We are thankful for the close drive to the parks, restaurants and Walmart!

Awesome place! We never used the water park as the house pool was amazing! The pool/spa heat was phenomenal!! House location is literally 10 minutes from Disney properties! Home is very nice with great amenities!!Perfect rating from this family!!!!

Excellent Stay

Had a great stay! Laura was the perfect host. Kids loved the pool and we had a hard time getting them out of it. :) Beds and pillows were super comfy and theater room was a great addition. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family vacation

We loved the pool, hot tub, stocked kitchen including childrens items, high chair, pack & play, movie room for the kids, and plenty of towels. The location was great, walking distance to the resort pool/ waterpark, and a short drive to walmart, short drive to disney!

Wonderful house and location

We had a great time at this property! The house was very spacious and the pool/theater room were great for keeping the kids occupied. Additionally, the playground, sports area and water park were great for our off days. There were plenty of tvs and bathrooms which is always a plus with large groups. We also loved that our family dog could join us! The location is great, super close to shopping/gas stations and easy to get to the theme parks. Looking forward to our return!
