Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
All trash MUST be in 13-gallon trash bags. This means NO SUPERMARKET BAGS will be picked up. All cardboard boxes including pizza boxes, MUST be broken down and tightly packed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
THREE CAR MAXIMUM, TWO vehicles allowed to be parked in the driveway, other vehicles MUST park in the oversize parking lot or by the clubhouse.
All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license with proof of insurance on the vehicle. International driver’s licenses are acceptable if current.
BBQ is free, propane tank is guest responsibility. Any RV, or trailers MUST get authorization from the hoa to park in the oversized area.
