Beautiful property

Beautiful spacious condo in secure building with parking garage. Easy access to South Nashville and highways. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice spot. Would stay again, have some suggestions...

This condo was a good size - two baths and three separate areas for sleeping was important for us (although one was literally a closet, but its pictured and we knew it ahead of time). The condo is nice but needs a few basic adjustments that would make a big difference. First, the cleaning company is not stellar. I am pretty sure sheets in one of the beds were not washed, and the towels smelled awful (musty) so we did washed those ourselves upon checkin. Also there are many areas on the walls that are dirty or scuffed - in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen etc. Not sure if these can be wiped off or need to be repainted but it really would make a big difference. Next, adding some more basic supplies would help - there is laundry detergent but no dryer sheets, no lysol spray or clorox wipes for basic cleaning, which would help your guests keep the place up FOR you. Finally, for a place that sleeps 6 or 8 there is no way near enough casual seating in the living/kitchen room area for people to sit and watch TV or whatever. One small couch and one chair we pulled in from the bedroom. A couple of extra comfy chairs (not the kitchen table chairs) would go a long way to making this more comfy. There is a pull out bed on wheels that we ended up pulling into the living room for extra seats! Neighborhood is nice; this condo is 80+ units, and 50% are vacation rentals, so there is lots of coming and going. This unit faces the street so you will hear noise of people coming home late from both bedrooms, and they are on vaca so they aren't quiet. It's not a far uber to downtown and other spots- we did not rent a car for 4.5 days and our uber costs were less than a rental would have been so location was good. Communication with manager was fine - it seems like an automatic reply to text messages ("I think you are asking about this...") but he did respond personally when the remote would not work and sent a new one overnight so that helped. An instruction sheet in the condo would help (here is where to take garbage, here is what you need to do at checkout) to refer to rather than putting it in a vrbo message the day before we left. Overall, we would stay here again. The property is nice but with a few adjustments could be perfect. This review isn't meant to be negative - just constructive. Thank you for letting us stay there. Nashville was great.

Great condo

You will not be disappointed staying in this condo. It has a very comfortable layout with the kitchen/living area in the center and the bedrooms/baths on each side. Nice little balcony and a beautiful pool! Everything you could need is available- extra blankets, bedding, all kitchen utensils, even floating rings at the pool! Check in was smooth and I’m relieved as it seems my message to the owner were not going through. My only complaint was the lack of remote control for the roku tv. We had to go through quite a process without it!! I’d definitely stay at this condo again!

Excellent location for our Nashville excursion

Location was easy to get in and out of for getting downtown Nashville. Ample, easy, safe parking. Comfortable beds and spacious layout. We had four adults and a couple of visitors. Additionally seating in the living room would have made it a bit more relaxing. Perfect for 2 couples!
