CHADUM BY THE SEA CONDO GROUP PROVIDES AN UNUSUAL COMBINATION OF BEACH AND BAY views

1-4-week rentals minimum with ocean/beach front spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath condo home, with endless ocean views wrapping around the corner of the condo, providing water views in all three bedrooms as well as Living and dining and Kitchen areas. Plus, the heated pool is located on the side of the building so that sun is available throughout the day and not blocked by the sunset, and full Tennis courts as well.
All bedrooms have their own TV, and the Living area has a 65" to watch TV in a theater like cozy area.
Private oceanfront patio gives you your sunrise and patio view in back gives you sunsets over the bay. This gated complex is located on the no drive southern private section of New Smyrna Beach within WALKING distance to JB's Fish Camp restaurant and boat rental store as well as great dock fishing... Also, many restaurants and grocery stores AND public parks within a few miles. Two within a few blocks
We are only allowed one rental a month by the condo association. So if you take the month rental we can give you up to 30 % price discount from the weekly and also adjust other longer than a weeks rental so please give us 24 hours to ok your requests so we can best serve you.

We loved the extensive view of the ocean and beach. The heated pool and Pickleball court were an added bonus. We enjoyed the proximity of JB Fish camp. There was plenty of room in the communal living spaces, and we appreciated lots of seating areas. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. In summary a wonderful place for a vacation. Period.

Beautiful view

The Place had a beautiful view from the kitchen dining room, living room and balcony ! Too many rugs! No hair dryer! And the towels still had tags on them so they were not washed. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was clean to an extent. The blinds would not close and was missing some slats in the one's that did. The owner was very nice and very accommodating to our needs!

I am surprised by this response. It was honest and correct. Except, We had just purchased this unit I told this person that this home was my first rental and I had not had a chance to even spend one night and she said she did not mind she was given a discount. Mt daughter who lives near by added new things to make it welcoming and that we were adding new curtains. I plan to move in this week and have curtains all ready purcahsed Check out the new pictures. 03/10/2023

We had a nice time at this property, but it wasn't all it was advertised to be. I'll start with the good- the location was wonderful. We had easy access to the beach and the pool was great. The condo was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a few hiccups when we arrived with no wifi info, no codes to the pool gate and beach, and no beach towels. Imagine taking your kid to the ocean for the first time but you can't actually get to the beach to put your feet in the water. Yeah, that was us. The host did resolve those issues pretty quickly which was appreciated! The more frustrating things we encountered were:- There is no futon. Just the sofa.- All our bedding had stains from prior guests- Lipstick stains on drinkware from prior guests- No beach chairs (these were advertised, I'm not nit-picking)- The kitchen was fully stocked but pans were stored with cleaners and bug spray- Lots of cleaning products in closets and the pantry. Not toddler safe if you're travelling with little kids- Living room tv was damaged and one of the bedroom tvs didn't work at all.- There are a washer and dryer, but they are quite old. Plan on 2 hours of drying time per load.Like I said, overall the location was amazing. There were just a few things with the condo that could stand to be updated or a little cleaner.
