Wainscott oasis

This is our second year at this property and it is wonderful. Beautifully landscaped, close to beach, and easy access to East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and Amagansett.

Our stay at the Wainscott home was wonderful. Beautiful back yard surrounds the pool with ample space on the deck. Stores and beaches all within biking distance. The owner was extremely helpful and generous both before and during our stay

Great stay in Wainscott

We had a lovely stay at Demy’s property as a family. Demy was very easy to communicate with and was extremely attentive. The house was clean and decorated very well. The property was well kept - the landscaping was great and the pool and outdoor area were very nice. We appreciated being able to walk / bike ride to the beach and also stop by the local farm stand. We have spent many weeks in the area and have now fallen in love with this home / Wainscott. We would stay again for sure!

Chicest Hamptons Stay

We spent a dreamy week in the Hamptons, ensconced in the chicest home. Everything in the house is pristine and thoughtful from the perfectly curated and styled bookcase to the oversized down pillows to the Frette sheets. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. And the owner could not be lovelier. Thank you for the most memorable stay. We will be back!

Charming beach house in Wainscott

We spent a wonderful summer week with our adult children.The house is ideally located in beautiful Wainscott at a walking distance (or a quick bicycle ride) from the ocean beach, which made it very easy to go often, along quiet roads, peaceful fields, and beautiful houses. It has a secluded fenced garden with big trees where you can enjoy both sun and shadow around the large swimming pool, offering visual privacy from the neighboring houses (though you might occasionally hear them). The house is charming, small, and easy to maintain, with a well equipped kitchen, and prolonged by a nice outside deck with a living and dining / BBQ area. It is not luxurious but well decorated and makes you feel relaxed and at ease. Our hosts Demy and Charles were welcoming, responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Fabulous stay

The home is well appointed, clean and a great size for our family of 4. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The location is great. I can't say enough wonderful things about Remy who was helpful and incredibly responsive. We hope we have the opportunity to return next summer!
