A clean, quiet, and well located duplex with great views over the sea. I have been taking summer holidays nearby for fifty years, and this residence was exactly what we wanted.Well air conditioned, and equipped.The internet was ultra fast exceeding 500 mbps up and download.Pauline was the perfect host.

Die Wohnung war vernünftig ausgestattet, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. So hing das Brett über der Toilette gefährlich schief, abgeplatzte Farbe am Wasserhahn, das Tau bei der Treppe teilweise aus der Wand gerissen. Leider bekamen wir die Ameisenplage nicht in den Griff. Wir mussten einige Stufen zur Wohnung vom Parkplatz aus überwinden, was mit Gepäck beschwerlich ist. Atemberaubend war allerdings der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Pauline hielt stets mit uns freundlichen Kontakt und bot sogar an, sich von ihr das SUP zu leihen. Toll war, dass wir mit unseren Rollern sämtliche Strände über die Radwege vor der Tür schnell erreichen konnten. Dafür war die Lage wirklich top. Die Wohnung bzw. den Parkplatz zu finden war wirklich nicht leicht, da Google maps hier nicht weiterhilft. Besser GPS Koordinaten angeben.

Très surprise de recevoir une telle notation alors qu’à aucun moment vous ne m’avez fait part d’un quelconque désagrément .Il n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce que l’appartement est neuf, et comme tout logement en bord de mer, avec le temps la peinture peut s’écailler à certains endroits, que nous réparons au fur et à mesure des saisons . Cependant l’appartement est en excellent état, et très agréable comme vous me l’avez dit ! Je suis surprise également car vous m’avez indiqué dans des messages que vous étiez très bien installés et que vous étiez très satisfait ! Pour trouver l’appartement, c’est très facile avec les indications que je donne par message et mes locataires n’ont jamais aucun problème pour trouver. Par ailleurs, je vous ai proposé de vous prêter un paddle, je vous ai laissé partir à 12h au lieu de 10h, et je regrette d’avoir été si arrangeante avec une personne qui devient critique derrière son écran alors qu’elle n’a manifesté que du contentement pendant son séjour ! Pour illustrer mon propos, voici mon dernier avis reçu sur un autre site avec la note maximale : « La vue splendide sur la mer et la proximité immédiate des plages à pied garantissent un magnifique séjour. La place de parking est d'une grande commodité et probablement indispensable sur ce coin du littoral. L'appartement est absolument impeccable et d'un grand confort. Très bien agencé et entièrement équipé ; literie très confortable.  tout est absolument parfait »… comme quoi… Curieux, non ? 😉

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Rayol Canadel. Pauline, la propriétaire, était très attentionnée et a toujours répondu immédiatement. Le duplex nous a beaucoup plu et était très bien équipé (climatisation, Internet, moustiquaires aux fenêtres, ustensiles de cuisine…). Le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Sur la terrasse, on pouvait faire du yoga au calme sous le soleil du matin ou s'asseoir à l'ombre. (On n“entend plus la rue apres tres peu de temps) En contrebas de la maison se trouve la piste cyclable (l'ancienne voie ferrée) et la belle plage de Rayol-Canadel n'est qu'à 10 minutes à pied. L'appartement est également un excellent point de départ pour de nombreuses belles excursions (le Jardin de la Méditerranée, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Grimaud, Saint-Tropez, …). Nous reviendrions très volontiers !

Magnifique endroit

Nous avons apprécié le cadre avec cette magnifique vue mer du balcon, mais aussi la terrasse ombragée à l’arrière. Équipement de l’appartement très complet. Idéal pour 2 ou 4 personnes. Baignade très agréable à la crique en bas de la maison. Des balades à pied et en vélos en partant du bas de la résidence sans même prendre la voiture. Très bonne communication avec Pauline, notre hôte, très réactive et prête à vous renseigner. Région magnifique. Un grand merci

Maison très agréable dans une région magnifique ! Vue exceptionnelle et situation particulièrement agréable avec un sentier d’accès direct à la plage. Propriétaire aux petits soins.
