Great gem found in Indio! We had such a great time celebrating my daughter's sweet 16! Highly recommend for a family or friend's getaway! Beautiful house and location. The owners were so kind and accomodating and available for all needs!

The property was nice and the managers super helpful. We had a little snag getting in, but it was rectified quickly. The carpets are really stained, the walls are a little scratched up. Plenty of useful kitchen items, nicely appointed.

Perfect Property for Family Getaway

We rented this beautiful property to celebrate our dad’s 83rd birthday! It was so perfect for us! The pictures don’t do it justice. We’re a musical family and we were surprised that there was a piano because it wasn’t on the description. We also lived kayaking on the lake. The layout was great because everyone had their own space. We’ll be back again for sure!

Family Thanksgiving

A total of ten family members gathered ( 3 families ) for a long Thanksgiving weekend. There was plenty of space for all , bedrooms were all comfortable . The check in process was very bumpy , maybe due to system failure at the guard shack . A garage door opener would make coming and going easier. Over all you can’t beat the location and views’

Armen was a fabulous host. Any question you had they answered back in 15m or less. Made a few suggestions to them to turn a 5 star house into a 6 star house. Will be bringing a group of golfers there in the future. Don't hesitate to book. Rick & Samara

Comforting Lake House!

This house was very nice! Our family stayed 3 nights and we made some great memories! The hosts really thought of everything. We really enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the great views. Our 10 year old niece caught her very first fish and she was completely ecstatic! Hotdogs and chicken work great. Make sure to send the host each driver’s name you have coming so that they can put you on this list at the security gate. It will save time. Overall we had a very nice relaxing family getaway and would definitely recommend!

Spacious home on the water

We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for all. The backyard on the water was the best part...it felt like we were in Florida! Nice pool/hot tub and patio furniture. The beds and linens were lacking a bit (not very comfortable and there were no spare blankets around). In the warmer months it wouldn't matter, but it was cold the first night we were there. The house also wasn't as clean as it should've been, but nothing too bothersome. All in all it was a good stay and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and gracious.

The master bedroom bed was busted. The right side of the bed was sunkin in. The first floor bedroom bathroom had dozens of crickets coming thru the vent. The glass pot for the coffee pot doesnt fit. The furniture indoor/out was filthy.The sofa in the loft legs were broken. The deck around the pool had many dead bugs.The filter on the refrigerator had expired. The view was to die for. The pool hot tub and lake make this place insane. Clean up the other things and it would be an excellent place to be

Modern house with an amazing view

My trip was amazing thanks to Suzy and her beautiful house. The house did not miss anything. From games to kayaks, large TVs everywhere, piano, comfortable beds and couches and much more with an awesome view and killer sunsets. The only thing that I can find that wasn’t perfect was the water saving shower-heads. They were too restricted but hey, if long showers are your thing, it won’t bother you 😄
