500Mbps upgraded wifi speed. This is the highest speed available in the Terra Lago community. Most other rentals have the free 50-100Mbps speed.

Kitchen is equipped with the following amenities: crock pot, kitchen aid mixer, air fryer, rice cooker, Ninja Blender basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well.

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.

Pool maintenance comes on Tuesdays and Friday. Gardening is Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Is the best vacation house I've rented. You literally have to just add food. Everything to cook is there plus. Pool was great. TVs everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again without hesitation.
