Perfect stay

This is a great property to stay at if you want to be close to Anna Maria. We brought our boat and there is plenty of space to park as well as the ramp is only minutes away.

Great Stay

We loved our stay at the Red Casita. Clean, comfortable, and easy, it checked all the boxes. Short drives to the beach, great restaurant recommendations, no complaints. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Family Vacation

Lots of great extra touches. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of privacy and a nice neighborhood. Convenient to most anything that we wanted to do.

Everything was outstanding

Property was captured well in the pictures, everything was clean and ready for us. Host checked in after we arrived. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Florida Home

Beautiful, super clean, well-appointed house. Conveniently located near beaches, nature preserve, boat ramp, shopping, restaurants. Everything you need is here - bikes, beach chairs, beach toys etc. We stayed for two months and enjoyed our time. Owners are responsive and friendly. We are coming back next year!

Florida Perfection

You will LOVE this home. Perfect location to beaches, hiking, restaurants, tons of stores. Beautifully maintained home with super responsive owners. The screened in porch in the backyard is my personal favorite. Cozy and comfortable with a view of the lovely, private backyard - great for relaxing and listening to the birds. We stayed 2 months in 2023 and 2024 and we are staying 3 months in 2025!

Wonderful house close to beautiful beaches

You can’t beat this house - impeccably cared for and spotlessly clean. All the amenities you need are right here - beach towels, toys, beach wagon, bikes, comfortable beds and furniture and much more. The porch is my favorite place with comfy furniture and a gas fire if it’s chilly at night. Also a real fire pit in the yard for telling ghost stories and roasting marshmallows. Several sitting areas in this private backyard. Groceries, liquor, restaurants, beaches are all close by. The hosts are caring and responsive - Thank you

Comfy and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well appointed and very clean. The neighborhood is older and “typical Florida” where some places have been flipped/rehabbed. The house across the street is in bad shape as as a few others close. However, we did not feel unsafe as there was a good security system. The house was well appointed and well furnished. The small kitchen had everything you need! We appreciated the kind gesture of the “welcome wine”. We would suggest a few minor things upgrades …. *Closet space in master *chest of drawers/small dresser in 2nd bedroom Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Harbor Hills is a great community which is known for its tranquility and a mixture of new homes and mid century homes. Stellar Stay and Vacation

I had planned a fishing trip to Florida for 10 years and finally did it. My experience with Red Sunset Casita could not have been better. The property was perfect. The home is well appointed. You have everything you need even for a fisherman/boater like me. The home is immaculate and everything is easy to find. The rooms are excellent and the bedrooms each provide a quality sleep environment. My stay was spectacular for a whole month. And the owner a gem at coordinating, planning, welcoming, and helping. If I could give 10 stars vs 5, this experience would be a 10. And the porch provides a perfect evening respite from a full outside day. Plus, about a mile from a great boat ramp. No boat? Go catch snook from the ramp dock. The locals will show you how. And you are close to the beaches and other activities in the area. Basic services very close. I had lots of little boat things to do and Ace Hardware and I are best friends and it was 7 minutes away with a red light in between. This was one of the best experiences of my life and I’m an old guy. Fantastic.

The house was perfectly clea. And had everything we needed! The house is on a quiet street and right between Bradeton and the beach. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommended!

So clean, had everything we needed

This house was exactly what my sister and I wanted to visit our parents in Anna Maria Island. It's just a short drive from the island and beach, but was so much nicer than any of the hotels located on the island. Lily was a perfect host - always replied to my messages immediately and instructions were very clear. The house is immaculate and the kitchen has everything we could have wanted and much, much more. Awesome House for a Beach Vacay

Great location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and fun activities but also a great space to just hang out and chill with friends and/or family. House is well equipped to meet your basic needs and some. Host was quite responsive and the house was very clean. We would definitely come back here for another family vacation!
