Stunning, designer apartment located in a historical building. This fully stocked pied a terre is located in a multi-unit building just blocks from the Mississippi River. Located in the Marigny Triangle, steps to Frenchmen St. & the French Quarter; Washington Park across the street. Private master suite and living area with a sofa sleeper. Private dressing area. Enjoy live music all along Frenchman Street just steps away! A brisk walk has you right in the middle of the French Quarter to enjoy!

After entering our private patio proceed up the exterior flight of stairs to access your private apartment. Located on the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with a king sized master suite and a queen sofa sleeper in living area. Located in Marigny Triangle. Over looking Washington Square Park. 5 minute walk to the French Market, the Mississippi River, Esplanade Ave. and the St. Claude streetcar. Walk or bike to anything! Shared courtyard. This is the best location for a unique New Orleans experience!

Guests have sole access to this apartment. The stairwell and patio are shared with other tenants on the property.

There is NO balcony access due to insurance purposes.

Incredible proximity to French Quarter shopping, restaurants and bars from this location. Even closer to the music and restaurant scene along Frenchman St.!

Perfect area for guests who enjoy music and art in an area with a storied history. For relaxing nights with good food, wine and music, you don't need to leave the Marigny/Bywater area. Great food options like Adolfo's or The Italian Barrel are within two to three blocks. Faubourg Wines and Grande Krewe are easily accessible, especially by bike. Frenchman St. is around the corner with live music and food. Art galleries, retail shops, French Market, music venues, coffee shops and art markets are within walking distance.

Artists are likely unable to find a neighborhood with better proximity to some of the best artistic options that New Orleans has to offer. Looking to discover new music? Frenchmen Street offers many venues which showcase local bands, with all music genres.

Uber/Lyft, taxi, walking or biking are easiest for those who did not bring their own car.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Property

I have been to NOLA many times and this is my new favorite spot. The location is great - within walking distance to all of the best spots in the quarter. The property itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. I drove in on a weekend and had no trouble finding parking. If you are looking for an authentic experience in NOLA, I highly recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location!

The apartment was lovely, clean and as advertised but the best thing was its location! Steps from bars, restaurants and jazz clubs on the famous Frenchmen street and a short walk to the quarter. Washington square is right across the street too and there’s always something fun happening there too! We love the Marigny neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

Right around the corner from tons of fun. Market places with local art, restaurants, bars, live music, street entertainment, shopping. House was beautiful, clean and elegant. Wouldnt change a thing.

Ideal location!

I didn't realize when I booked that this property is just steps away from one of my favorite places on Frenchmen St., the Marigny Brasserie. This is a perfect location where you *can* just hear strains of jazz from down the street as you walk up the stairs, but once inside it's quiet and a bit away from the riot of Bourbon St. Yet still, all of the French Quarter is just a 5-10 minute walk. Beautifully appointed apartment; I wouldn't change a thing. In fact, if I could, I'd buy it! Definitely look forward to staying here again.

Came in for a few day getaway for my birthday. Location was important to us and this little gem was perfectly situated near so many cute neighborhood restaurants, bars, and walking distance into the quarter. The house is on the second floor behind a coded gate. It feels very safe. Inside is tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed for the feel of NOLA with high ceilings. Comfortable sofa and bed and pretty decor. Super clean kitchen and bathroom. Also, for the ladies, there’s a true makeup room which I really loved! There is also a bike rental right across the street - just scan and go. The host was also incredibly gracious and allowed us access a few hours in advance which we absolutely appreciated. They also sent details for places nearby to checkout. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Couldn't have been better!

I so enjoyed our 10 day stay in your home. We come to New Orleans every year and always try to stay close to Frenchman Street. We love this area of town because it is walking distance to some of our favorite places (DBA, Ruby Slipper, Elaysian Bar, French Market, street car, Roberts). This past trip was our longest we have stayed in NOLA and there were days in which we stayed in and enjoyed a good movie and hardly left. I found the bed to be comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and loved that we had a washer/dryer. The decor was beautiful and tastefully thought out. I would stay here again!

Great location and an adorable haven after busy days.

We love live music, so being near Frenchmen street was fantastic . Coffee shops, convenience mart, bars and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Jackson Square, French Market and the French Quarter. The apartment is spotless, nicely furnished and newly updated. Cozy, chic French charm. The stairs up are steep and slick in the rain - so it for anyone who has trouble climbing steps. We’ll visit again.

A respite just steps from Frenchman

This VRBO apartment was just the location and accommodations to rest up in comfort before getting back out to take in NOLA's music, street art, and dining. The bed and sheets were so comfortable it made each night and every morning an absolute delight.
