I was shocked that then we opened the front door, the house looked as good as the pictures! We were all blown away at the cleanliness, the room decor, the pool area with outdoor kitchen, the resort pool, and just the entire stay in general. We had an amazing time!

Villa was great and as you may see in the reviews, people must understand that it’s going to have a tiny bit of wear & tear it is a holiday let and not everyone looks after it.All I can say, it was everything you will need for your holiday & will really enjoy it.If I have one thing to say, just might leave things like… how to use things and ideas of where you can go and eat and so on, but it was beautiful. This home is fantastic it was exactly as described and very clean. All rooms are comfortable and the outside area is absolutely brilliant. The pool was clean. The location is handy for the theme parks and restaurants. The club house facilities are also excellent!

We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely book again. Easiest check in and out. Safest place with multiple security guards always at the gate and patrolling the neighborhood. Loved everything!

Little Slice of Heaven

Our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. House was clean and updated. The pool area and grill area, which is where we spent most of our time, is just what the doctor ordered. 4 adults and 5 teenage children had plenty of space. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

St Patricks staycation

My overall stay was a great experience. The communication with the property managers and check in process was a breeze. The house was as described in the listing maybe even a little more breath taking in person. My group was 30 and they really enjoyed the old school pac-man. We enjoyed the property so much that we’re considering staying here again later in the year: Thank you again!

Great home!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! There was 18 People and we didn't feel cramped for space. Pictures of the home are just what they look like in person. Clean, lots of space and close to the clubhouse. I would definitely rebook to stay in this home again & recommend to family and friends. Game room was great, pool & outside area are nice and the clubhouse water park & Mini putt was walking distance.

The house and neighbourhood were great, and communication with the host was excellent. However, there are a few things worth noting. It seems the house hasn’t had a thorough deep clean in quite some time, only a quick turnaround clean between bookings. Additionally, some of the appliances are worn out or outdated and could use replacing — such as the oven, dryer, and TV remotes — and the BBQ grill was not working at all.Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and are confident the host will address these issues, especially given the great communication we had.

Beautiful large home

We were a family of 14 ranging from 3 to 70 years old. House was very large and perfect for our family. Community felt safe. Community Water park was amazing. Cleanliness of home was pretty good. We noticed some food and items left from the last guests under the beds, couches and behind furniture, but not a big deal. Management was great and dealt with any issues very quickly. Wood definitely stay and recommend this home.

Great house

The house was exactly as described. The property management company was very quick to reply to me and were committed to resolving any questions or concerns I had. Great customer service. The house is fantastic. Has everything you need and is very modern. The games room in the garage was a hit. You can see some signs of minor test and wear but overall a fantastic house. The community is great as well, so many neighborhood amenities nearby for your convenience.

We really liked it it was nice and big. The pool lights up in cool unique colors that switch is hidden by the couches. Beds comfortable. Patio area very cozy. The grill all the burners did not work. No pizza pan. Some pest control needed in kitchen area i will say. Washer and dryer a nice bonus. Think they could have cleaned it better. But overall I would come back. My kids and grandkids loved it. Not a bad drive to Orlando at all. Lots of restaurants and attractions. We also went to Clearwater beach wasn’t a bad drive.

Fantastic property

The property is exactly as stated. There was plenty of room for 13 of us. The furnishings are of a high standard. Plenty of dishes. Towels etc. We did have one problem though. The pool was timed off when we arrived and it took a day or two to sort this. Then it went off again after one week. It was sorted and we were compensated for the unused pool days, but it was something that could easily have been avoided. This is why only 4 stars overall. If it wasn't for the problem with the pool we would have given 5 stars. The resort of Windsor Island is fantastic and the location of the house is about 5 min walk from the clubhouse. I would definitely recommend to all.

The home overall was awesome. The kids enjoyed the pool/game room and playstation. Everything was very clean. The themed rooms were cute for the kids. There was also plenty of space for our large family. More pool towels would be nice to have for next time. Also, some sort of rug by the back slider was also needed. With people coming in and out from the pool area to the inside of the home, the floor would get so wet and slippery, we had to use a towel but a rug would have been better to have there. We arrived on the Friday of Labor Day weekend and got to the gate at Windsor Island Resort at about 4pm. I recognize the owner has no control over this but the resort needs to get a better grasp on checking people in. We waited in our car for about 20 mins to check in at the gate. Some members in our family waited almost 45 mins in their vehicles to check in at the gate. The resort has to have a more efficient way to do this check in process.All in all, this was a great home and we enjoyed our stay!
