Host was very communicative prior to check in, checking was smooth and seamless. Rooms were clean, well stocked. Location was perfect just off duval close to everything. Pool was huge plus.

Everything was very nice. I do wish in the future the owner would consider installing a full-length mirror (so you can see how you look before going out), a garbage disposal for convenience, smart tvs once the old ones die, and a dehumidifier (the air was a bit damp and had an odor to it, but nothing too bad). We would absolutely stay again. :-)
