Totally enjoyed our stay. Closeness to Duval and the swimming pool made it excellent. There were a few small issues with the room but nothing we had to call about. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in a 2 bedroom suite facing the pool. A few ants and other bugs. No water pressure in bathroom sink off kitchen. Holes etc. in walls, door bottoms peeling and floor discoloration due to past water issues. Master bathroom toilet was loose and rocked when sat down. Living room area rug was pretty dirty. Kitchen was nice and clean. Location was great and nice and quiet. We realize it is an old house, but a lot is these issues should be taken care of. Beds were great and linens/towels clean.

The location was great! Close to Duval St. Staff was very friendly and easy to talk with. The pool saved us from the heat!. In the description of the bedrooms it said king beds. We had queen beds. The area where the TV was was small. The 4 of us could not all sit comfortably. All and all we had a good time.
