Built in 1948, this cozy cottage is the only private home located within the business district, placing you steps away from Mt. Dora’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Park the car and forget it—you can walk everywhere!

Inside, you’ll find everything you need to relax and feel at home:
• A King-size memory foam bed with a luxe Ritz-Carlton-style mattress topper
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & more
• Smart TV with Netflix & more for cozy nights in
• Porch perfect for people-watching with a glass of wine in hand

Feeling social? You’re within 1 block of top restaurants like 1921, Wave, Las Palmas, and the Modernism Museum. Or head two blocks over to Maggie’s Attic for wine tastings and boutique shopping.

Pet-friendly too! Your well-behaved pup (under 30 lbs) is welcome to join. Please not there is a pet fee.

Parking is easy:
• Free curbside parking in front of the home after 6 p.m. (limited to 4 hrs from 11 a.m.–6 p.m.)
• Additional free overnight parking garage just a 2-minute walk away at 250 N Donnelly St

Note: During festivals or peak weekends, parking may be more limited—but we’ve got you covered with multiple garage options within walking distance.

This cottage was everything as advertised and more. Literally steps from everything! The bed was very comfortable and the entire space was clean and very well cared for. The effort to make things special for us was very much appreciated!We loved being able to walk to the water whenever we liked, and never missed a sunset.

We love My Dora. We’ve stayed several times at this property and we’ll definitely go back again.

Charming little cottage

We had a wonderful stay over NYE- great location- we walked everywhere- quaint cottage great for two people. Communication from owner was perfect. Highly recommend this gem!
