Upper level features 2 bedrooms one with king bed, one queen bed, both rooms equipped with smart TVs and private bathroom.

Bottom level features two car tandem garage (for storage not parking) with commercial epoxy floor, store your bikes or tailgating gear, plenty of free parking nearby.

We had the perfect stay at this gorgeous property. The interior design was straight out of Magnolia Network, so pretty, clean, and comfortable. Owners reached out repeatedly to ensure everything was great. Downtown Greenville is 3 min away with so much to do. HIGHLY recommend this city AND this special property.

Lovely place to stay, clean with everything you need. The only variable was parking distances from apartment , but that is a thing everywhere in Greenville.

We enjoyed our stay in “Greenville with envy” so very much. We came to visit our daughter and to spend time at the Fall Festival. Our place was wonderful and we had enough room to relax and hang out each evening with our daughter and her boyfriend. The proximity to downtown was perfect. We walked everywhere. If we ever need a place to stay again when we visit, this will be top on our list. Beds were very comfortable and we always love en suite bathrooms. The extra bathroom on the main level was also a bonus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We stayed at the property over a holiday weekend and were always able to find parking near the unit. Our stay included multiple rainy days and the home was cozy with a kitchen that was well-stocked and high-quality TV's that made the time pass easier. The balcony is lovely for sitting. When we could walk, we loved being so close to downtown, but also staying in a historic neighborhood with beautiful homes. Hosts are quite attentive. Great stay!

Loved our stay! Everything was new, modern, and super clean. It was much better than staying in a hotel. We loved having 2.5 baths and room to spread out. The instructions were clear and the owners were great to work with and answered questions quickly. It is very close to downtown Greenville. We enjoyed walking downtown, visiting Reedy Falls, and biking on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Highly Recommend! 5 stars!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious, upgraded decor and appliances. Quiet safe neighborhood. Only thing i would mention is if you don’t care for stairs or have issues with them maybe not book here. It’s tri level and there are a lot of stairs. The hosts were great and very responsive and friendly. I will stay here again when coming back!

From the outset, communication was great. The condo was spotless, well stocked with kitchen items, and the beds were soooo comfortable! I highly recommend this location. The walk to the heart of Greenville was just shy of a mile so very walkable.

Great Place for 4 Near Center

Property was excellent, a newly constructed 3-story townhome that was nicely furnished and clean. We really appreciate the no pet policy! Great central location to explore the area. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Would definitely stay again in future.

Fall Weekend in Greenville

We know Greenville very well and decided to take a break from the hotel scene. This is a great property in a very convenient location to all the city has to offer. Wonderful experience all around.
