Providing clean, comfortable, and fully functional accommodations is very important to us, and it’s clear from your comments that this unit fell short in several areas. We sincerely apologize for the missing dishwasher and the visible gap where one once was. We understand how important a well-equipped kitchen is, especially for guests planning to prepare meals during their stay. Your feedback has been passed along to our property management and maintenance teams, as well as the condo’s owner, to ensure this issue is addressed promptly. We also appreciate you bringing the size of the refrigerator to our attention. While some units are equipped with compact fridges due to layout limitations, we agree that this one appears to be undersized for guest needs. We’ll be reviewing options for upgrading this appliance to better accommodate future stays. Finally, we take your concern about the hallway flooring very seriously. We’ve notified our maintenance team to immediately inspect the area for safety and structural soundness. The comfort and security of our guests are top priorities, and any potential hazard will be corrected as quickly as possible. Each unit is decorated differently and to owners needs, I will relay the comments to them so they can consider purchasing new furniture. I did let housekeeping know there was mildew in the shower grout and they did take the extra time to make sure it is pristine again!
