We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating. I did have some concern over the condition of the road leading to the house. It was very narrow and most areas could not accommodate two vehicles.
Had a great stay! If you want to relax refresh and just have peace, this is for you! Only 20min from town but fills like you are hours from the world!
Would stay again for sure!
The drive up the mountain was an adventure on it's own - wow, so beautiful. And the moment we walked through the door, we felt home. The creek was the kids' favorite and I absolutely enjoyed the hottub in the nature.Slow mornings with coffee on the swing and so much fun family time. We'll definitely come back.
The house was very welcoming and homey. Check in was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed the porch swing and hot tub as well. Living room was very nice for lounging and relaxing together and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Olga was very attentive and quick to messages, greatly appreciated. The road to cabin is little nerve wracking if you are not used to 1 car roads in mountains but peace and quiet is worth it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We loved this place! Host was available when needed! The drive up and down the mountain was awesome! Definitely better in the daylight! Very clean! Had all the necessities, trash bags, coffee filters, salt and pepper, cooking utensils. This was our first getaway baby free and it was a success. We will be back! Thank you Olga! Everything was perfect!

Thank you so much for your amazing review! I am so glad that you were able enjoy your getaway in such a peaceful way ☺️
Great experience renting this property. Directions to the property were very accurate. Definitely need four wheel drive vehicle because the long gravel road leading to the property is narrow, bumpy, and steep in places

Thank you Randy for a great review!
Yes, the road up to the mountain is a dirt road and bumps are there for a purpose to stop rain water from washing away the road and let water go down to the creek instead.
You can easily make it up and down on small car, 4 wheel drive must have in winter time only:)
This cabin is so cozy, we had a minor issue after checking in that was out of the host control but im only saying this because the host was on top of it. They had the issue fixed before we ever made it back from dinner! Great host and beautiful cabin !

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay:)
The cabin was exactly what we wanted a expected. Very coperative and friendly owner. Very remote area and a long gravel drive with occasional loss of cell as owner had stated.phone reception
This cabin/location speaks rest and relaxation. The cabin is so warm and inviting and decorated so tastefully. It's equipped with everything you'll need. The rooms are spacious and the back porch overlooking the forest is the best! We definitely will return. Your host, Olga, will willingly respond to any concerns you may have.

Thank you!🙂 I am very happy that you enjoyed our cabin!
My spouse and I enjoyed our anniversary trip. The listing was very accurate. The cabin was in a peaceful location and we only had 2 neighbors. The 3 mile dirt road was a little tricky at night. If there had been snow on the ground a 4x4 would have been needed. The thought process of everything we were going to need was on point. The only thing is there wasn’t a dishwasher which was ok for 2 guests. We will definitely book again this summer or fall.
Very private cabin retreat. A bit of a steep incline to get there but managed without 4 wheel drive. House was fully stocked with any kitchen supplies you would need. Clean. Comfortable. And plenty spacious. The outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous. The hot tub was well kept and really relaxing. We stayed for a wedding at Hawkesdene but would come back just for a lovely peaceful get away.

Thank you very much! We would love you to come back!😊
Olga made everything so easy and comfortable. It was clean, really enjoyed the fireplace on the cool evenings. and we had a restful time. The road there is a bit challenging for us flat landers! (people from Florida) But once you are there it is a very peaceful place.
Thank you Olga,
