Newer 2 story home in a beautiful gated community surrounded by mountains. Pool, spa with waterfall, and fire pit in a garden of privacy. 70 inch TV in a professionally designed great room with kitchen. Great wifi! There are miles of mountains, trails and desert surrounding the gated community. Paloma park is on the other side of the mountain, with mountain hiking, a children's play area with a water feature, a fishing lake and more. There is great shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. (All backyard foliage has grown to 7-12 feet for privacy since photo was taken)

Beautiful Home

We were in town for a girls weekend (5 ladies)- the house was beautiful and very spacious. The house was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Back yard was beautiful!! The decor is modern. The neighborhood seemed safe. Our only complaint was that we were made aware only days before our arrival that we needed to get permission to start the hot tub (the host did it remotely) and we were only able to use it 1x daily. We asked the host to start it daily around 5-6pm and it did stay warm enough to use for 4-5 hours. We wish we would have known that sooner so we could have used the hot tub in the morning and in the evening. Other than that- we had a great stay!!

Great stay!

This was a very clean house, spacious, with a lovely kitchen, and good spacing between bedrooms. It’s on the outskirts of the Phoenix areas which had pretty surroundings. The property owner was very kind and was an excellent communicator. Thank you!

Nice, clean, beautiful house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Pool, spa, and fire pit made it feel like we were at a resort! The house was stocked with everything you could need. We would rent again.

Very nice!

A nice homey house. Easy to get to attractions. I loved the walking trail so close to the house. The spa was a great amenity. I just wish the pool would have been warm enough to use in March. I would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect home and location for a family or romantic get away. Plenty of baby gear to equip the family too if needed. The private pool in the back makes you feel like you are at a resort. Excellent customer service by our host. We will absolutely recommend this property to any Phoenix travelers!

Beautiful home inside and out!

This beautiful home was stocked with everything you need. From kitchen supplies and blankets to the most comfortable beds. It’s in a gated and quiet community with a gorgeous outdoor space! We really felt like we were guests in someone’s home, it was such a comfortable stay!
