Newer 2 story home in a beautiful gated community surrounded by mountains. Pool, spa with waterfall, and fire pit in a garden of privacy. 70 inch TV in a professionally designed great room with kitchen. Great wifi! There are miles of mountains, trails and desert surrounding the gated community. Paloma park is on the other side of the mountain, with mountain hiking, a children's play area with a water feature, a fishing lake and more. There is great shopping and restaurants a couple miles away. (All backyard foliage has grown to 7-12 feet for privacy since photo was taken)

It has been professionally designed and has a gorgeous, private backyard with large, lush foliage, a beautifully designed pool and spa, and a firepit, bbq area and Italian lights for the evenings. The interior is fully stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
