First off ,Gwen was easy to get ahold of and very easy to talk with,the house was beautiful inside and out.My family and i enjoyed ourselves immensely. The pool and surrounding area was great and enjoyable for the entire family.Also the games and pool table were added fun for all.Overall, the house was one of the better places we have stayed at before.We hope to come and stay there in the future.

Best vacation home

I recommend staying at this beautiful vacation home, the pool and jacuzzi was amazing, the bbq area and the inside of the house was so accommodating. I recommend this to anyone with a big family , not to mention the casino was 3 minutes away….
Leaving life.

Christmas 2023

Our family of 12 (6 adults, 6 children) enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room, the yard was beautiful, although it was too cool to use the pool, and Gwen was very accommodating to work with. We would recommend this home for a perfect vacation.

Great experience

Recently stayed at this property and can't say enough good things about the house itself and total experience. Everything was smooth. Working with Gwen was great and we truly enjoyed our time. The house is amazing and handled us 6 adults easily. Been doing a March Madness trip for 25 years and hopefully will be able to use the property for one of our future trips.

Nice, well equipped property

The property is in a very nice newer community. The home is well laid out for a family and friends and has plenty to keep everyone occupied. The movie screen was a great bonus for when everyone wanted to wind down after a day of swimming, foosball and playing pool. The host was a great communicator, made it really easy to check in, and was very prompt in answering any questions. This is a great place for a family getaway.

Deceptive Owner - Overcharged

Overcharged by $600. Once pointed out, owner stopped communicating. Made 3 attempts to politely resolve no response. Still have not gotten a response or recovered the over charge. Stay here at your peril.

I am sorry that you have had an unsatisfactory experience, but I would like to remind you that the charges for heating the pool and spa were clearly indicated, accepted and paid by you at the time of booking. It therefore goes without saying that the pool was heated before your arrival and throughout your stay. It is obvious that you knew the pool was heated, as this is easy to see as you used the spa. If you didn't intend to use this service, it would have been enough to let me know as soon as you arrived, but this was not done. As far as communication is concerned, I always replied promptly to the twenty or so messages you sent me during your stay. Even 2 days after your departure when you disputed the payment for the pool heating that you had paid for at the time of booking. I regret that you waited until after your departure to express such concerns, when everything had been put in place for your comfort and in accordance with the booking conditions you accepted. I remain available to my respectful guests and am confident that they will fully appreciate the experience I strive to provide.

A perfect getaway

We had a wonderful girls weekend. The house was immaculate and worked out perfectly for us. Gwen was very easy to work with and the house is even more spectacular in person. We will definitely be back!

Great place checks all the boxes

I have rented many properties through VRBO and this one is at the top of the list. The photos represent what you get. A nice house with all the amenities you could want. The communication with the home owner was excellent, the place was clean and provided everything you need whether your getting away with friends or a family vacation. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, it checks all the boxes you could want. Highly recommend.
