Less than 10 minutes to Arroyo Burro Beach and only 3 minutes to upper State Street shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, La Cumbre Plaza, and the Santa Barbara Golf Course. This home is also close to the 154 which accesses the Santa Ynez Valley wine country—30-40 minutes away.
