Quiet restful environment with work space - FREE High Speed Internet and cable / plus access to Streaming apps via Roku, on 50" flat screen, spacious kitchen with full size fridge, induction cooktop, LUX Queen bed, private laundry and plenty of storage. The 9 foot ceilings make space feel larger and open! Brand new LUX Vinyl flooring installed 2023 - Brand new Cal King mattress - and 32" TV for bedside viewing - oversized leather recliner love seat -perfect for watching movies together! Rain head shower with nice HOT water and pressure - even for those over 6 ft - So many upgrades - a true Retreat !! Just 13 miles from the beautiful Playalinda National Seashore, 5 miles from the Indian River, with big public boat ramp. Beach Chairs and Umbrella provided. Close to all the attractions, just 48 miles to Disney World, 26 miles to Cocoa Beach, and check out our adorable small town with lots of cafe's and shopping. We offer Private Parking with room for RV or boat (certain models) - Private entrance - detached from Main home. Private fenced back yard with privacy fence. Private Laundry. Walk to best Coffee shop in town @rearviewcoffeeshop for breakfast or lunch, Winn Dixie .25 miles away. Ride the Coast to Coast bike trail - trail is close enough to ride your bike!! Private space, private parking, safe, clean, big windows, very quiet and good vibes. All the essentials plus lots of upgrades! Perfect place to unwind or work! Ride the Coast to Coast bike Trail, ridable from the house. See a race at Daytona Speedway just 30 miles away!!
