The spacious gourmet kitchen features a large central island with seating for four, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing family meals. The dining area seats an additional six guests, while the living room invites you to unwind on a comfortable sectional sofa in front of a 65-inch Smart TV.

This home offers four beautifully styled bedrooms:

· The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and calming, minimalist decor.

· The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full-size bottom and twin top — ideal for kids or friends.

· The third bedroom offers another king-size bed.

Perfect beach getaway!

Our ministry team met for a few days of fun and planning. With 8 adults and 2 infants, the Sea Shell Cottage was perfect. Super clean and well appointed. Very well stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. Great beach access and the heated spa was a hit. Heidi was great to work with, very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place, comfortably fit the 8 of us. Place was clean, kitchen fully equipped. Pool and outdoor area was very nice and spacious. Beach is less than 5 min walk. Plenty of dining places close enough to walk or short car ride. Heidi had a selection of beach “stuff” to use (we added some things to the collection). We really enjoyed our stay and would go back for sure!

Amazing outdoor space!

The house was just perfect for our week with friends and family. The outdoor space with pool is unbelievable, almost the size of the house! Property manager checked in and was responsive. Only thing I would change is having one more bathroom, or the existing bathrooms were bigger. Wonderful stay, walking distance to beach and restaurants!

Best vacation ever!

This property is amazing. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. There is more than ample seating, plenty of towels supplied and the pool is fabulous. We also loved taking the brief walk to the beach. Shell Beach cottage is in the perfect location and provided us with everything we needed for our best vacation. Communication with property manager Heidi was prompt and efficient. We couldn't have been more happy with out choice. Very strongly recommend this place. Thanks Heidi!

Loved our stay at Seashell Cottage

Seashell cottage was the perfect spot for our group of 9. The pool and outdoor area was wonderful and included everything needed for a day at the pool or beach. The house was very clean and all rooms have been recently updated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was very nice to have with our big group! Heidi was very responsive and and assisted with anything we needed. The beach is a short 2 block walk. We also enjoyed the bikes available for use at the property. We hope to visit Seashell Cottage again! A wonderful property at a great price!

Great pool; steps to beach

This very nice fully stocked house (pots, pans, gas and charcoal grills, plenty of dinner/flatware, pretty much anything you can think of) is a very short walk to the beach and 5-6 restaurants. BUT….the pool area cannot be topped. Pool is very large, hot tub seats 6-8. Outdoor seating capacity will far and away exceed the number in your party. If you don’t have rain and you’re not at the beach, you’ll be enjoying this space. Great house; very responsive host.

Family beach trip

The beach cottage was perfect for our family stay. The listing didn’t tell of all the included items like pool towels,beach wagon,chairs. The kitchen had everything you could want. The pool was nice and had lots of seating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was convenient to several restaurants the Paris bakery is a must visit. The manager Heidi was very helpful with any concerns we had. We had a toilet overflow and she sent the cleaning service out to clean everything. We would recommend renting this cottage for families. Indian rocks was nice without the high rise condos that crowd up the beach.

FABULOUS FIND

From the initial booking to check-out, everything was flawless and easy. The description of the property was spot on. Very clean, kitchen and linens stocked, and location was great! I cannot say enough about this property! My husband and I brought our adult kids and grandson (he’s 4). It was our first vacation together in 17 years. Everyone had their own space and we didn’t feel cramped at all. OH! Did I mention the backyard?!!! Beautiful set up, plenty of seating, and the pool was 💯! The only recommendation (minor), would be to update the wood table and chairs outside.they are just weathered and a little flimsy. Again, very minor. Lastly, Heidi was a great host! Very responsive and nice! We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect property for our island vacation

The property was perfect for us - large kitchen, comfortable beds with a TV in each room, beautifully landscaped pool area with a hot tub, short walk to the beach, and a short walk to a bayfront park where we'd sit and watch dolphins and pelicans. Several restaurants were a short walk away, while so many more were just a few minutes drive away in Clearwater Beach. We were very pleased.

Fun Family Getaway

We stayed in early December with extended family, including kids age 2-17. The house has great accommodations plus extras including pool/beach toys, toddler life jackets, and pack n play. We enjoyed the spa, but didn’t use the heated pool much because the weather was cooler and the pool didn’t heat well. I recommend listening to the recommendation of the property manager who had a good rule of thumb for when to pay for pool heat or just pay for spa heat. The spa (hot tub) is big enough for the whole family and kids to enjoy. We also loved the outdoor grill area and the short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay again!

Fun in the sun!

We wnjoyed our adult weekend with 3 couples. Plenty of space to do things together in the home and on the spacious back porch area with multiple seating areas, grill, swing, etc. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was perfect. Beach was very close and delicious restaurants nearby.

Nice area!

The property was clean and very pretty. They had all the amenities you need for the beach and for the properties. Property manager was excellent in communication on check in process. The beach is a short 5 min walk. Close to the pier that you can go shopping. Perfect place to get away. Love the place and pool and plenty of space by the pool to have family gathering since inside is pretty small. Only complaint is the property manager keep bugging to send maintenance over to replace a broken fan shade that was broken from previous renter, and they couldn’t just wait to do that after we left, but she was able to communicate with me to get that resolved at another time so we didn’t have to wait for maintenance and enjoy the rest of our day. Still a five star from me.

Nice but..........

The house and property were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few things worth mentioning. The air conditioning was intermittent Bike tires flat upon arrival Empty propane tank upon arrival The pool was dirty upon arrival Garbage and recycling overflowing upon arrival Leaky toilet in one bathroom The property manager was great to work with, but it was a long list of things to deal with during our vacation.

We had the best week of family togetherness. We loved the house. Well maintained, beautiful inside and out. Easy access to beach with so many things to use. Exceeded expectations

Sea Shell Beach Cottage was the perfect property for my family. The location is super, easily walkable to the beach with a nearby crosswalk and close to fun eateries. The property was spotless and had EVERYTHING we needed and more for our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious for all of us to have our own space. The owner was quick and responsive when we had a question or request. I hope to return to this gem!

Family vacation

This vacation home was everything it was promised, and more. Heidi always responded quickly to my emails and texts. Beautiful home, awesome pool and relaxing yard. Loved that there were bikes to ride too. Such a great neighborhood/area. Short walk to the beach. Although it was closed and we didn't have access to it. Same with all the attractions we were planning to visit with my granddaughters while visiting Florida. The whole coronavirus put a big damper on our vaca.

One month of heaven

Everything about Sea Shell Cottage was great. Loved the location; walk to beach and restaurants. The house is located in quiet neighborhood; haven’t slept so well in years. Fantastic Home away from Home!

Sea Shell Cottage was an amazing home away from home for all of us!We were 12 of us family members that stayed for 5 days and we all thought the rental home was amazing!The property was very clean and well and thoughtfully furnished with all the Modcons!The outside area was amazingly big and welcoming!The kids especially lived the pool!The property Manager was very helpful throughout!She provided us with information about the property and neigbouring shops that we needed to make our stay hassle free! I would strongly recommend Sea Shell cottage to any one looking for a delightful home away from home in Indian Rocks!
