Nice quiet section of Myrtle beach. I just finished renovating it. The beach less than 1 block away- you can be there in less than 2 minutes. 2 bedroom 2 bath with a pull out sofa.
You will enjoy taking a stroll to the beach and enjoying all of the activities that n Myrtle beach has to offer.

Excellent get away!

The condo was easy to find and in a great neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. Super clean condo with a really nice pool!! Would definitely stay again. Kiley is a great hostess!!

Unfortunately, with the summer time it’s hard to avoid the palmetto bugs especially being beach side. I do have pest come out monthly, and I apologize that you had to see one. I hope otherwise you had a good time.

Great spot, clean place, and close to the beach.

I thought that this was a great rental. Minor early check in snafu but that was no problem. Plenty of linens which was nice. Even beach towels provided. The patio door can be a little difficult to open and the shower in the main bedroom felt a little small because of the design but overall a pleasant 2 night stay.

Great clean safe condo

Condo was very clean and updated. Enjoyed the large deck overlooking the nice pool, comfy master bed, short walk to the beach. Full kitchen with new washer/dryer. Super nice host. Kitchen dishes set up for 4 people and basic cooking. Couch does not fold out but there were two air mattresses. Had boogie boards and sand toys to use. Bring extra towels if more than 4 people. Great location within walking distance of several restaurants and easy drive to major attractions. Would definitely visit again!

Family spring break

Kiley’s place is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach! Located on the third floor you will have no issues with the view from the balcony of the garden and pool area. Main living space was spacious and very clean! Bedrooms were the perfect size for a family of four. In condo washer and dryer was great bonus to have. Kiley had beach chairs, toys, and even towels. All you need to do is bring sunblock. It’s about a 3 min walk from door to sand, which made it easy to walk back to grab snacks! We would definitely stay again! I would suggest over time building up kitchen utensils. I try to cook a majority of the meals at the house 😊.

No major issues with this condo, but lots of little things that could easily take it from "good" to "great". Starting out with positive:-Great location! Quick easy walk to the beach, as well as several restaurants.-Comfy mattress! Maybe the most comfortable bed I've experienced in a vaction rental. -Host provided more than we expected in terms of coffee pods, dish soap, paper towels/toilet paper, garbage bags. We didn't do much cooking in the condo, but there was enough dishes & pans.-Beach gear available; beach cart, body boards, & little beach toys.-Building was quiet, great for families. We used the pool several times & were usually the only ones there.Could use some work:-Communication. Ater booking, I expected the host to send info about the condo, checking in, etc. I waited until just a few hours before check in time, then reached out to her. She did respond promtly the few times I asked questions, but it was all info that could have easily been provided up front so I wouldn't have even had to ask. -Towels. We had a family of 4, they only provided 3 sets of bath towels/ wash cloths. So although the washer/dryer is presented as a perk, it was neccessary because I had to wash towels most days just so we could shower. They also provided beach towels... but only 2. -2nd bedroom had no dresser or even side table, nowhere to put anything. But it did have the old, stained love seat that used to be in the living room.Overall it was "good".

We were very disappointed in this VRBO experience. Primarily, Communication with the host was very poor. We never received a welcome email or text with check in information . On arrival we ourslelves had to reach out to the host for the unit number and code, but it took us several anxious minutes . When we asked for the wifi password, she did not know it but told us to look ourselves on the back of the router ( which we finally found on the floor behind a dresser wedged between dresser and the wall). Additionally, The master bedroom did not have a complete set of bed linens and though we made the host aware of this, there was no attempt made by her to provide us with the extra sheets we needed. Finally, there were some general signs that this place needs some better upkeep: musty smell throughout, dead cockroach on the floor, sliding door to the porch that was very hard to open and a large crack in the kitchen flooring. We loved the location and the pool, but that was about it.

We stayed over Thanksgiving. Property was right around the corner from family, which was perfect for what we needed. Kiley was easy to get in touch with and we were even able to check in early!! There was some construction on the exterior of the building, but nothing that caused any issue.

Great for us!

Its on the third floor so you have to do steps. There were six of us so we had plenty of hands to help. About 3 min walk to the beautiful beach. Its such a great spot! Fun but not too busy/commercialized. No complaints but just so you know, there is everything but a toaster and some clocks on the wall. It was great to have the washer and dryer. All things are a short distance away. Kiley was great with responding and we definitely recommend this place!

Great choice for a quiet weekend

Kailey is very informative and promet. The 2 bed room and 2 full bathroom, full kitchen and washer and dryer was just what we needed everything was very up to date, and very fresh and clean. Quiet area, close parking and just a short walk to the beach was a pulse. Close to everything from Dunkin’ in the morning, dollar general through the day and variety restaurants for the evening. We will definitely be back!!
