3 Bed, Direct Ocean View Condo - Heated Pool!

Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin September 1st and is expected to continue through mid October. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

We have stayed here before and we’re happy to return. The location is great. It is an older apartment complex, but everything was clean and everything we needed was in the apartment. Great beach and the pool was nice nicely located from our room so we could look down off the balcony and see the children in the pool. Will be back.

Good communication with the host. Property is very quite well maintained. The unit itself needs a refresh, especially the bathrooms but the location and price was acceptable and we enjoyed our short stay.

We took our grandkids to Cocoa Beach for a week long baseball tournament. We were 30 minutes away from the ballfields. We were directly on the ocean and we thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish Maine. The intimate setting of the smaller unit units was perfect and easily access to our condo to the pool to the beach and too many businesses nearby. I highly highly recommend This for other families traveling to Cocoa Beach.

Charming end unit with direct ocean view

The unit was very clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 5. Spanish Main is very tidy and the grounds are comfortable without being pretentious. The pool is crystal clear and the beach was steps away. The owners thought of everything. It has a vintage charm, feeling like Grandma is hosting.

Overall, loved the place. Great view of ocean. Nice spot in the community. The kids loved the pool. The ocean was great. The condo was roomy enough for a family of 6. The building feels safe and clean. We also was able to see a rocket launch right from the condo boardwalk to the ocean. The dryer was dysfunctional shortly after we arrived. So they bought us a brand new dryer and had it delivered. They really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you to the Spanish Condominiums. We'll never forget you.

Very spacious and clean. Needed more wash cloths in bathrooms and kitchen. Very nicely decorated and organized! Very happy about beach chairs and wagon with umbrella in closet! Made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable! Will stay here again!

Location is great very convenient right on beach😁 I loved that! and view is amazing 🏖️ kitchen is fully equipped organized and clean, has a blender! Great for slushies! there is a lot of options to eat out, Publix and other convenient stores are around very spacious place, we enjoyed that very much place just how you see on the picture is old building well maintained place is vintage beach vibe is peaceful ☺️ master bedroom very comfortable mattress twin mattress is good too the mattress on the 3rd bedroom no you can feel the springs, we surpass that, overall was a great stay I travelled with young adults - bathrooms very clean I have no complaints
