It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place

This was the perfect place for two people to stay. There was just about everything you could need if you wanted to cook a meal. There's also a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The little welcome pack with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, etc. was a very nice touch. Loved listening to the waves on the balcony. As someone else said, the beds are not very comfortable that was the only negative. Lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.
